Overview

We did this class with Francesco, we was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about how to make pizza, the history of it and why it can taste different here in Napoli than other countries, he helped us to make our pizzas to our liking and it was a great time!

This exceeded our expectations. It was a lot of fun, and we met others from different countries. Mauro, our chef leader, was very engaging and made the experience even more fun. He remembered all of our names while demonstrating. We made the tiramisu first as it has to chill for an hour. The pizza dough took a bit longer to make. The pizza dough we all made is donated to a food bank for bread making which is awesome! We used new pizza dough to make our individual Margherita pizzas with using fresh ingredients. Each pizza was at least 10 inches and plentiful. That followed by the tiramisu which was the best i have tasted was more than many of us could eat. Fortunately, we were able to bring the rest of tiramisu with us to finish later. Thank you, Mauro, for making this such a memorable experience!! Highly recommend without reservation!

Lorenzo was a great teacher throughout. His instructions were clear and he gave a little historical information and cooking knowledge as he went. When things didn't quite go the way they were supposed to he'd step in and offer guidance and help. We worked in pairs, and made an individual pizza and a shared tiramisu. There were drinks offered with the meal and a little celebration at the end of the class. Really recommend 👌

Highly recommend booking this if you visit Naples!! Chef Lorenzo was an amazing teacher and made the class so fun and enjoyable. The tiramisu and pizza were so delicious and so easy to follow. You make dough from scratch and use all local ingredients. The lab is a must if you are coming to the area.

This was a really fun experience that I’m so glad we booked! We had Alex as our chef/guide who kept the whole experience light and fun. Who would have thought how easy it was to make pizza and tiramisu. Definitely worth it, especially if you get Alex guiding the class.

Lucas was amazing! This experience brought me to tears because of the care and thoughtfulness he brought into the art of cooking. It is obvious that he loves what he does! We had such a fun time! Alex is the BEST!! He’s such a great teacher and he’s very funny. Plus his teaching techniques got me a complaint from the chef on my crust, so i can leave happy knowing my skills are Neapolitan approved.

We really enjoyed our cooking class with Deniele, he was fun and helpful and the pizza/gelato we made were SO delicious. The 10am start time was perfect because it meant we were eating right around lunch :) highly recommend!

Changed the class from Pizza + Tiramisu to pizza only last day, when we couldn't find an alternate. The chef was in a hurry to finish the class. There are 2 huge trash cans in the middle of the dining room. Would absolutely not recommend.

This was such a fun activity for our family. Manuel was very funny, but also a very knowledgeable chef. We learned a lot from him, and in the end we had a delicious pizza to eat and tiramisu for dessert. All made by ourselves (with a little help). Would highly recommend!

Manuel was an incredible Head Chef for our group. I was lucky enough to be the official L’Assistente for this class and had a ton of fun.
Tiramisu was actually very simple but delicious!
For the Neapolitan Pizza we learned what makes it unique (it’s a secret so you’ll have to sign up) as well as its history.
Manuel did a great job of keeping things fun but making sure we all walked away having truly learned a few tricks of the trade.
