Buy direct with museum

Tickets are significantly cheaper direct from museum. The audio guide is free .. there is no audio guide included in the price there is a qr code available. No ticket arrived before we did, and the walk from our hotel was 45 minutes.. the nice lady at the desk took pity on us and gave us tickets. Now on to the museum. Well set out, lots of information on the free download on my phone. Problem nobody said it shut at 3pm suddenly we were surrounded by staff saying we must leave the museum immediately!! We seriously thought there was an emergency. Staff cordoning off stairs etc and grabbing bags and moving very quickly to the exits.. very scary for a few minutes. They could have just said the museum was closing. Terrible experience
