We didn’t get the hiking tour of the Hidden Water Trails of the Alhambra, as it was replaced with a Segway tour at the same price. The guide was excellent and helped make the experience enjoyable. However, it was a slight disappointment to miss the water trails, and the Segway route felt quite similar to an activity we had done the previous day.

Just to add a bit of context, this was a last-minute booking, and before confirming we explained that the original Hidden Water Trails hike wasn't available and that the alternative was a city Segway tour, not the same hiking route. We also did our best to accommodate the last-minute changes to the number of participants, as we know plans can change. That said, we completely understand your disappointment if you were hoping for the water trails experience. If the alternative hadn't suited you, we would have been more than happy to offer a full refund—no problem at all.
