    Museums are closed on Mondays

    James_R, Apr 2026
The uffizi museum is closed on Mondays. We thought we were getting admission to the museum so it was a total waste of money but more importantly our vacation time. Regret the purchase from Viator.

    Response from Host, Apr 2026

Dear James. We are sorry that you found the museum closed. But, we are not involved amd responsible in the entrance ticketing system as you should have seen in Viator website. Unfortunately you have given a negative review to our TravelMate application that is not involved in the museum ticketing system neither. In the Viator Booking System we are only a provider of Audiocontent of some of the most important wonders you can find inside the Uffizi museum, and these audios never expire. Please cancel you review. We don't know how to help you about this matter. Thanks for your understanding. Best regards. Michele TravelMate support team.
