We loved our tour with Sima. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guide. He took us to some beautiful places we probably wouldn’t have gone to otherwise. We got to see the sun setting from Piazzale Michelangelo's. Highly recommend this tour.

That morning, right as your tour began, the road to Piazzale Michelangelo was unexpectedly closed and the surrounding streets were blocked. The calls you heard on speaker were your driver talking with our office to find another way up. That was urgent, but we understand it took over your experience, and we're sorry for that. When no route opened, he changed the itinerary to keep the tour going. We're sorry he didn't explain it better or make your options clear. You should never have been left feeling there was no choice, or unsure about your money. If a tour can't run as planned, guests can always choose the alternative route, a new date, or a refund. Other groups that day had the same closure and enjoyed the alternative route, which is why we're especially sorry it didn't work out for you. Great way to see the city and save yourself some steps

This tour was awesome! We had done a 4 hour walking tour in the morning so needed a break but still wanted to explore and this was a fantastic option. The guide was great and we really enjoyed seeing the city from piazza Michaelangelo (one of my highlights of the whole florence trip) without having to hike up there!

Little touches like having cool water and putting our seats up so they wouldn’t get too hot while we were off exploring the sites were very appreciated. A wonderful way to see the city and stay cool. Seat belts were broken, driver did not speak /understand English / did not provide water bottles. Otherwise - ride and views were splendid.

Fun way to see Florence at night!

We had such a great time on our sunset golf cart tour! We were traveling with our two kids, ages 10 and 13, and everyone really enjoyed it. After spending a couple of days walking all over Florence in the heat, riding around in the golf cart was a very welcome change! We got to see different parts of the city, drive through some of the beautiful countryside, and stop at Piazzale Michelangelo for an amazing view of Florence at sunset. It was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite memories from the trip. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour fun and interesting without it feeling like a history lesson. It was a relaxing and memorable way to see Florence, and we would definitely recommend it—especially for families!
