Overview

Sail away from Heraklion’s touristy center on this all-inclusive day cruise to Dia Island. Only reachable by boat, Dia Island is one of the few uncrowded destinations left near the city. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The skippers were the best – professional, friendly, and very attentive. The food was fantastic and the open bar with snacks made it a true all-inclusive, worry-free package. We booked the 3:30 pm tour and were rewarded with a breathtaking sunset right in the middle of the sea – simply unforgettable. There was plenty of equipment available for water activities, and everything was well organized. Highly recommended! ☀️⛵️🍸

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Luxury Yacht Cruise All-Inclusive & OnBoard Chef Experience

We took this Luxury Yacht Cruise on 8/5/26, and it was the highlight of fun and relaxation during our Heraklion stay. We loved every minute—from the smooth pre-trip communication to the beautiful yacht, the amazing water, and the onboard experience. I highly recommend it to friends traveling and families. I took the tour with a friend, but I can confidently say it’s truly family friendly too. Pre-tour information I really appreciated the excellent communication. EOS Tours did an amazing job sharing clear information through the tour description, and after booking they reached out via WhatsApp to confirm everything they needed. They also sent a very detailed trip plan that told me exactly what to expect, making it stress-free from the start. The coordinates were also spot-on, so we didn’t feel lost at all. Arrival and check-in Heraklion is extremely busy, and the instructions helped us find the best place to park. We parked, walked to the meeting spot, and saw clear signage that said “Dia meet up”. We arrived about 20 minutes early and were checked in right on time—at 8:45, our guide Leo came to gather everyone and confirm we were all set. I also appreciated their uniform shirts, as it made the team very easy to identify. Onboard experience We walked to the yacht, took off our shoes prior to boarding (which feels standard on really nice tours), and then met the rest of the crew. The captain, Costas, welcomed us aboard with a big smile and a helping hand. We received a proper safety briefing, and departure was perfectly on schedule—exactly at 09:00. The yacht and facilities The yacht is absolutely beautiful—pristine condition, very clean, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh and high quality, and it’s honestly worth the cost because the yacht is maintained to a high standard. There are no more than around 20 people, but the space feels plentiful. We never once felt crowded. The ride itself is about an hour to Dia, and it was a pleasant experience. We even sat toward the front and enjoyed the view—yes, we got wet a bit, but the captain explained the water conditions and it happened exactly as expected. At Dia: activities, scenery, and tips Once we arrived, the crew set everything up quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding. The water was incredible—so blue it honestly didn’t look real. While on Dia, I’d recommend bringing a pair of shoes you can wear in and out of the water, just in case you want to walk to the small church. The scenery is also unbelievably picturesque. If you love social media or photography, this is 10/10—there are so many beautiful places both on the yacht and on the island where you can be creative and capture amazing vacation photos. The food & onboard chef experience Yorgo the chef made the whole experience even better. Before ever leaving the yacht for swimming/water activities, he confirmed food choices so everything was perfectly handled. When we returned to the yacht, the food was ready—and let me tell you, Yorgo is an excellent chef. The timing, preparation, and quality were all spot on. Service, hospitality, and the crew One thing that truly stood out was the way the captain and crew checked in with everyone and kept everything comfortable. Costas continued to check in with all the guests, offered drinks, and met any request with a smile. We also experienced a moment where someone dropped their glasses into the water, and the crew handled it immediately—Leo was very quick to jump in and help retrieve them. That level of care and teamwork made the whole experience feel effortless. End of trip At the end of the trip, we were greeted by the owner, who asked about our experience. We were genuinely happy to share how pleased we were—and we left feeling like we’d gladly return again. EOS is an amazing tour and I would gladly come back next time with my family.

The best caramaran in the port and I'm sure is the crew. Amazing captain, chef and assistant. Beautiful and tasteful food, with dinner and snacks before and after. Everything is thought of, even SUPs and snorkel equipments. Captain anchored us in the best spot in the bay, close to the shore. Amazing experience, would reccomend to anyone.

Start to finish, perhaps our favorite port of call activity on a 9-day cruise. The captain and crew of the catamaran were skilled, attentive to guests and created a laid-back vibe that was absolutely perfect. If you are considering a sailing trip to Dia, do it with EOS Yachts!

Wonderful day visiting Dia Island. Beautiful catamaran. Wonderful staff and amazing food! They took care of everything and we had so much fun snorkeling and relaxing on the catamaran. Definitely recommend 100%!!
