I booked this excursion and the company never showed up for pickup. I messaged and called multiple times with no response. Not a good experience.

Our driver arrived at the updated time and location; however, we were unable to locate you at that moment. Later, we were informed that you preferred to keep the original reservation time, but unfortunately, due to the last-minute change, it was not possible to revert the service back to the initial schedule. We never received communication regarding pick up time. We waited over an hour and with no pick up nor response to our text and calls. Requested refund!
