Fantastic if you want all the small mom/pop or hidden gem locations. If you’re visiting Warsaw, this food tour with Adrian is an absolute must. Over the course of about 3 to 3.5 hours, we explored some of the city’s hidden culinary gems while learning about Polish culture and history through its food. What I loved most was that Adrian didn’t take us to the typical tourist restaurants. Instead, he introduced us to authentic, family-run spots and local favorites that I never would have found on my own. Some of the entrances were tucked away behind graffiti-covered walls, making the experience feel like discovering Warsaw’s best-kept secrets. We sampled a fantastic variety of traditional Polish dishes, including several types of pierogies, but my favorite stop was the milk bar. The food was simple, homemade, and incredibly comforting—exactly the kind of authentic meal I was hoping to experience in Poland. Adrian was an outstanding guide. His English was excellent, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing his city. I was fortunate to be part of a very small group, which made the experience even more personal, but I have no doubt it would be just as enjoyable with a larger group. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Warsaw beyond the tourist hotspots, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Come hungry—you’ll leave with a full stomach, a greater appreciation for Polish cuisine, and a list of places you’ll want to visit again.
