3 Magnificent Cenotes
Ursula was a superb tour guide. We went to 3 cenotes that were totally different and absolutely magnificent. Ursula had cookies and fresh fruit for us at every stop which made us feel really special. I have gone to many cenotes, but the ones in this tours we all very unique. Ursula and Aurelio are a great team and very punctual. The last cenote made us feel like “ Indiana
Jones’ explorers and it was a blast. Ursula is extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and history. I would highly recommend this tour.

Many Adventures in One Day!
From the start, the communication and organisation was reassuring. We were picked up from our hotel in a minibus for a small group tour of the Tulum Mayan Ruins. Fabricio, our guide was very knowledgable and passionate telling his guests about Mexican history. We arrived before the queques which was a bonus!
Afterwards, we traveled to Akumal Beach to snorkel with the Green Sea Turtles, which was amazing! Personal belongings were left in the minibus with our lovely driver Roberto. Everything was safe.
Next, we journeyed to the Ocean Tours Cenote, following the underground river. We had a tacos lunch at the base camp where there was also changing room facilities, a gift shop and time to view the photos taken by the professional photographer Daniel, who was there for all the water activities as we could not take our phones with us. They are a great souvenir of a fun and interesting day out.
Thank you, Fabricio!

Malokin Beautiful People! Rodrigo and Alberto dream tour team 🔥
Great tour! We had such a fantastic experience and felt like we were transported in time to Mayan Culture. Our guide Rodrigo and driver Alberto were just the best, Rodrigo being half Mayan himself was able to give us the best understanding of the culture and site. If you have a tour I cannot recommend asking for him enough. Emotional and historical trip for sure!
The timing was an early morning start ~5am (small minibus ~18 people transfer on time arrival to our hotel) and we arrive before the crowds so was great to see the wonder of the world without too many people
+ early tour drop off works well for us as we had the afternoon and evening free to relax and catch up on beach time
Tips - take a packed lunch for early start, water bottles, and some cash for tips for the incredible tour
Thanks again for the tour and we will be sure to recommend

This tour is exactly as...
This tour is exactly as described. Our guide Luis & driver Manuel did everything to make it enjoyable. Seeing the ruins (much larger area than we expected) was incredible & the Cenote was a great experience. Lunch was great. Definitely a worthwhile excursion.

Awesome tour guide, short trip overall
Overall, an awesome trip! Carlos Moo was a wonderful tour guide - very knowledgeable, easy to understand, has clearly been doing this a long time. The bus was clean and the whole operation was pretty smooth. Ekinox Tours did a great job!
Your enjoyment will depend on what you are looking for in a tour. The whole thing felt a bit rushed (especially Tulum) but it had to, in order to fit within 7-8 hours. It’s the price you pay for a half day tour. If you want a more comprehensive tour, go for the 10-12 hour tours. They’re that long for a reason
Also, your pickup time depends on your location. We got a WhatsApp text less than 24 hours in advance with our time. Would have been nice to know that info sooner, but that’s our only real complaint. Very enjoyable overall!

Best tour ever!!!
Our tour guides, Perfecto, and Estrella were amazing. This tour was VIP the whole time one of the best tours I took in Mexico, actually one of the best tours I took in my entire life. They went out of their way to make sure that everyone, including me, was happy, and the amount of extra goodies you get when you upgrade was totally worth it.

Ancient ruins and refreshing cenoté swim
Although a long day of approximately 16 hours, the experience and tour guide were well worth it! Comfortable bus with water, soft drinks and beer included at each stop. Knowledgeable tour guide Alejandro that took the time to give historical answers to all our questions. Tulum and Coba were Mayan ruins in two very different locations on windy coast and inner forest. The ability to walk up the steps of Coba was a-mazing! Local linch and Mayan blessing was a lovely addition for the day. The cenoté was very relaxing and refreshing in the beauty of being totally underground and only our tour at the location. The stop in Playa del Carmen was a bit too peopley for me but was a short stop and the sorbet was yummy. Highly recommend the tour and to bring supper snacks in your day bag.

A thrilling experience!
It was a full day of activity. I really enjoyed the water exploration. Our tour guide AK was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he respects and cherishes these areas and animals, which is appreciated. If you pick the morning tour, you may not be able to eat before hand so bring snacks since you are swimming a min of 2 hours before lunch and you don't eat until almost 1pm. Lunch was great and relaxation on the beach was cool but unnecessary given most everyone are staying at a beach resort. The travel to get there was very tiresome, long and bumpy! But it's a must see!

Enjoyable and great learning experience
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide, Sergio as well as the coordinator Orlando and the driver were excellent, professional and polite. Sergio’s information regarding each stop was stellar. He did a great job as a tour guide through Chichen Itza. Thanks to all 3 for making this all day tour ( 12 hours) totally enjoyable and a great learning experience.

Must do excursion!
This was truly such a great activity! I went to Mexico solo and loved having my pictures taken for me. The workers were incredibly friendly and patient. We got our pictures about 24 hours after the excursion ended and I was sent 250+ pictures to sort through! Food at the beach club was great as well.

Amazing tour but the bus ride is a one star
The tour is a FULL DAY tour. Leave around 8:00 am and don’t come back until 10:00 pm. The tour itself was enjoyable but it could have been condensed for us….it was 2:00 pm and we visited the cinote and were just starting lunch (5 hours in).
The sites were wonderful and the tour guides were very informative. Five stars for the team!!!
I do have to give THE TOUR BUS a one star though. Very uncomfortable ride for the journey. If the person in front of you puts their chair back, you literally have two inches of room. There’s a cup holder on the left that grinds into your left thighs and a seat lever on the right side that grinds into your right side. Overall, the bus was terrible for a 2.5-3.0 one way journey. If you have bad knees, I’d suggest taking a smaller tour with better space inside the vehicle. lol. Sound like a silly complaint but it’s a long journey to have the guy in front of you with his seat tilted back in your lap, a cup holder grinding your left thighs and a seat lever grinding your right side.

Great excursion
It was a great experience! Something I’ll remember for a lifetime! You might think you don’t have enough time to enjoy everything but you do! It’s a great experience and honestly I would do it again! Definitely one for the books! Bring your own snack though but food was 1/5. Overall 10/10 experience though !
