Top Tulum Kayaking Tours

For years, we’ve been guiding travelers as they discover the cenotes and Mayan ruins of the Yucatán Peninsula. At Atik, we offer something different: the freedom to explore at your own pace, enjoying the cenote, kayaking, and art installations without the rush or crowds of a large group tour. It’s a self-guided, low-impact experience designed to help you connect with nature and respect the ecosystem. Beyond swimming and kayaking, Atik is one of the most photogenic and magical spots near Tulum, featuring artworks and installations inspired by the Mayan worldview, seamlessly integrated into the heart of the jungle. As you explore the site at your own pace, you’ll have the time and peace of mind needed to find the best angles, take spectacular photos, and enjoy the surroundings. This experience is designed to let you experience the jungle and art with complete freedom, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

This tour stands out by offering an exclusive and immersive experience in the heart of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Unlike standard tours, you'll explore the pristine lagoons of Muyil and Chunyaxché by kayak, paddling through ancient Mayan trade routes while surrounded by breathtaking nature. Plus, our small-group approach ensures a peaceful and intimate experience away from the crowds.

We've spent years guiding travelers through the cenotes and natural sites of the Yucatán Peninsula, and Casa Tortuga is one of the most complete circuits we offer: five different cenotes on a single tour, each with its own character. The 1.5-hour tour takes you through underground caves with ancient stalactites, semi-open caverns where the sound of water becomes music, an open cenote with intense green water perfect for a free swim, and cenotes where sunlight pierces the water creating perfect photo scenes. The specialized guide accompanies you throughout, sharing the natural and historical context of each cenote. The pace is relaxed and unhurried, in small groups, so you can enjoy each cenote at your own speed. The tour includes a life jacket for your safety and access to restrooms and showers at the end of the visit, at a fair and accessible price. It's the simplest way to discover one of the most complete natural circuits near Tulum.
