If I could give Yuki (Yukino Shiraga) more than five stars, I absolutely would! Yuki was amazing from beginning to end. She met us right near our Airbnb and immediately made my family and me feel comfortable and welcomed. This was our first full day in Japan, and having Yuki with us made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelmed trying to navigate a new country, we were able to relax, explore Tokyo, learn, and truly enjoy the experience. She took us to so many wonderful places and took the time to share information about Japanese culture, history, traditions, transportation, and everyday life. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind, patient, respectful, and sweet she was. Throughout the day, Yuki made sure everyone in our family was comfortable and doing well. We never felt rushed. She answered our questions, helped us navigate the city, and took photos of us throughout the day so that we could all be included in our family memories. She even surprised us with a small bag of Japanese treats, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. After the tour, she sent us the photos she had taken along with the sweetest message wishing my family continued happiness and safety. Those little touches meant so much to me and showed that she genuinely cared about our experience. What makes Yuki so special is that she never made us feel like we were simply another tour group on her schedule. She made the entire experience feel personal. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we had spent the day exploring Tokyo with a friend. Our licensed guide, Izumi, and driver, Paul, were both great. Izumi shared a vast historic overview of each location we visited and expertly answered any questions we had. In addition, he created a friendly atmosphere and interacted with all seven of us. Paul did an excellent driving job and made certain he was there immediately when we were ready to go to our next destination. I highly recommend this tour to others.

Our guide was truly great!! We had a nice small group and got to try a few different items and got some good information to start the next bit of our trip. I didn't love the area since the bars are so small.. but that just makes me extra happy I went with a guide!! I would have been overwhelmed on my own. This let me experience it all safely and with explanation!! Our group had a good time and went out after the guide went home.

Our family of 4, including 2 teens, thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Tsukiji fish market. Our guide Miky was incredibly enthusiastic, interesting and a lot of fun to be around. We tried many different foods, saw areas of the market that we would likely never have seen if we had been alone, and we also experienced an unexpected highlight: a giant tuna was being cut up with sword-like knives as we passed by.

The workers were so nice and accommodating even after I booked the wrong day. The venue was top tier, the special effects and lights were 10/10. Fog on floor, drums, presentation. The first show was a bit cringy, looked like a possession. I saw a family get up and leave because of this. They didn’t understand the culture and the hand signs. My family enjoyed it!

We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour with Noriko and our driver. The views were stunning, and Noriko’s flexibility and local knowledge led us to beautiful waterfalls and viewpoints we would have otherwise missed. Our driver was excellent, sharing insights about the area’s vegetation, restaurants, and shops while navigating with professionalism and care. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and we highly recommend them!

We went to the finals of the Tokyo Sumo tournament. Taku was our guide and he was enthusiastic and full of knowledge. He organised the group well, commentated the matches, helped take photos and gave out guidance on what to look out for. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great choice if you want to meet a lot of people and get drunk. The staff are very accommodating but also know how to have fun, so you know you're in good hands. Lots of alcohol involved, so you can trust that your glass will never be empty. I went with a friend and left with many more, so I wholeheartedly endorse this event if you want to have a fun night and expand your horizons!
