Fantastic private day trip along Taiwan's north coast with Taiwan TST. Hit all the highlights: Shifen Waterfall and sky lanterns, the mushroom rocks at Yehliu Geopark, Zhengbin Fishing Port, Golden Waterfall, and coffee overlooking the sea at Jiufen. My driver Leo was excellent — punctual hotel pickup and a seamless, effortless way to see so much in one day. Highly recommend!

It was so helpful to have someone waiting with my name on a sign for our family! The van was comfortable and air conditioned and could fit the crazy amount of luggage the four of us had (it was mostly my luggage! lol). The driver was great, super nice and got us exactly where we need to be!

Ryan is a very experienced driver and tour guide. He took us to Jehliu Geopark, beat the rush and took some great photos before it poured down. Then we headed to Shifen and Jiufen, both wonderful villages, both unique in their own ways. One of the highlights for my kids was to write our wishes on the lantern and set it off, very memorable experience.

Her English is excellent, making communication effortless, and her extensive knowledge as a Taipei local allowed us to experience not only the major sights, but also hidden gems and local treasures that we never would have discovered on our own. What truly set this tour apart was Alice’s ability to bring the city to life through its culture and history. She provided fascinating context and stories at every stop, and she patiently answered what felt like my husband’s million questions with patience and expertise. Beyond the tour itself, she also shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants, neighborhoods, and other places to explore during the rest of our stay. If you’re looking for an authentic, personalized, and memorable introduction to Taipei, we cannot recommend this tour (and specifically our guide Alice) highly enough. She made our visit so much richer and more enjoyable than we ever expected.

Incredibly friendly, kind, and gracious Lena showed us around, gave wonderful suggestions and helped us have a great day despite the rain all day. She dropped us off and picked us up a couple of times when she found out I had knee problems. She was A++++ all the way.

Taroko Gorge is a spectacular spot. We enjoyed seeing a different side to Taiwan. Our guide and driver, Jack, was informative and fun to travel with. The private tour allowed for a very comfortable trip that we were able to tailor to suit us. Beautiful scenery.

Because of a delayed connection we missed our flight to Taipei. So we were rebooked for the following day. We found out about the delay after the 24 cancellation window was passed. I messaged the provider directly and called Viator. The Viator help desk did nothing for me. They just said it was outside the window so no changes were possible. The provider response was give them the new flight information and they would be there. And they were!! The car was very nice and the travel time was less than the quoted time. I would use them again.

A truly amazing and fun experience. The entrance was a little confusing to find if you are very familiar with the area. The restaurant workers next door were able to point me in the right direction! The instructors were so friendly and patient. Makes even the most novice chef feel like a pro. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a half day activity. Already recommended to my friends who frequently visit Taipei
