We were picked up close to where our ship docked. It was about an half hour drive to the west bay Beach where we waited for the boat. It was a semi-submersable, not a glass bottom boat. Regardless, we had a knowledgeable English speaking guide, a very helpful driver who returned us back to the ship so we had an excellent day. The view of the reef, fish and turtles was excellent. There were children on this excursion and they loved it too!

Great cruise excursion

We had a great time on this trip during our Royal Caribbean stop in Roatan. Raymond was our guide and he was fantastic. My husband, 6 year old and 4 year old loved the animal park where we were able to interact with the animals. We made quick stops at the chocolate and rum tastings to have more time at the beach and glass bottom boat. Raymond was knowledgeable about Roatan and was very accommodating to ensure our trip was a success. Definitely one of our favorite days on vacation.

A nice experience in spite of the weather!

The weather was gray and the water choppy. Our guide, Jorge modified the excursion. We toured the island making stops at the highest point, the chocolate factory and rum cake store. Because of the weather we did not get to the beach, but he did take us to a place where we got to go out on a small boat for a snorkeling experience. So, in spite of the slight rain and gray skies, we had an informative and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Alex, the owner of this company communicated with me on a regular basis in English. Lena was our driver and tour guide, a native of Roatan and a friendly and warm young mom. She had no problem with rearranging our tour to bypass most of the usual tourist spots and show us as much of Roatan as possible. As folks in our 70s with mobility issues she was always willing to lend physical assistance with patience and kindness. Her modern Ford SUV was super clean and comfortable, AC was really appreciated as it was hot and humid outside. She even taught my husband and I some Spanish, gracias. Lastly, I'd like to advise all tourists, don't be afraid to book with the locals, you will get a more local experience, help the economy and will gain more global experience. Absolute Must!!!!!!

Amazing experience throughout. Booking was easy and the communication between the tour manager, Dani Eldas, and ourselves was on point. Dani gave us detailed and specific instruction on how to meet up with our driver and snorkel guide, Mario. Mario, our snorkel guide, is truly the best. Safety was paramount and his enthusiasm and love of nature showed and placed us all at ease throughout. Dani was flexible in terms of allowing us to extend certain stays which made our trip super relaxed. We never felt rushed. When we make it back to Roatan, we will definitely book again.

Roatan Highlights and Infinity Bay made Accessible and Fun

Our tour to Infinity Beach Break was excellent. Our Driver and guide was Jimmy and he gave us an excellent tour of all the best beaches, a chocolate factory (with delicious treats) and Rum Cake and tasting before we got to Infinity Bay. When we arrived Jenna met us and help get us settled. We were a group of 6 seniors and 2 have mobility issues (wheelchair and walker). They were able to accommodate and assist us throughout the trip. Lunch at the resort was not included but amazing and the swim up bar an added bonus!!! Jimmy and Jenna made this tour for us and I would highly recommend it!!!!!!

Know before you go

West Bay Beach can get very crowded, so arrive early to stake out a space in the sand.
Don’t forget to pack a bathing suit, a beach towel, and reef-safe sun protection. You may also want to bring an umbrella for shade, if you’re not planning to use a local resort’s facilities.
There is no fee to access West Bay Beach.
Visitors can rent snorkeling equipment at beachside outfitters.
