We were disappointed that...

We were disappointed that we were notified of our private tour cancellation 30 minutes prior to its scheduled start time. However, we were able to join the small group tour 15 minutes later. Lucerne is stunning! We visited many sites including 2 churches that were incredible. Our tour guide recommended other activities too. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a great way to see 3-4 locations in one day. The tour guide was on time and knowledgeable and accommodating. Also we got to spend enough time in each spots and take pictures. I always book through viator when I am traveling and only had great experiences so far.

We were able to secure a spot on the top deck which allowed us to really take in all the scenery around Lake Lucerne. We considered doing this...

We considered doing this on our own, but we’re so glad we chose to take this tour instead. It would have been impossible to cover as much ground as efficiently as we did with Kid, our tour guide. He was such a character, took great care of us all day, and had incredible energy. Kid guided us to the best photo spots along the route and knew exactly how to maximize our time between trains and cable cars. He made sure we captured great photos and videos at all the key points, often stepping in to take photos of us. It was refreshing to relax and let someone else handle the logistics. Kid kept everything running smoothly, guiding us seamlessly from one stop to the next. Once we reached Jungfraujoch, he gave clear direction on how to make the most of our time there. Thanks to the efficient transitions, we were able to see everything, enjoy a relaxing lunch, and still stay on schedule for the return journey. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an incredible experience without the stress of planning or worrying about missing connections. It was a fantastic day!

This was a very thorough tour of Lucerne. We feel like it was a comprehensive overview of the history and major points of the city. Diego was an excellent guide. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The boat portion was not guided. Beautiful views and a unique perspective of the area. We used google AI for a self guided tour of the lake and surrounding areas.

Great Trip, great guide. Shame about the drop off

Our guide was fabulous, friendly and helpful. This trip was spectacular. We were very lucky with the weather, which meant the views were incredible. The only criticism is that on the way back to our pick up / drop off point in Lucerne, the road was closed, so it felt like we were kicked off the bus with no warning, and told to walk in the wrong direction to find our own way back.

Unforgettable day in Swiss Alps

Our day trip to Grindelwald, Interlaken, and Lauterbrunnen was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our time in Switzerland. It was definitely a long day, but every moment was worth it and filled with unforgettable experiences. The scenery throughout the entire trip was stunning, but Lauterbrunnen Valley was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The waterfalls cascading down the cliffs looked like something out of a postcard. We had enough free time to walk closer to the waterfalls, take in the peaceful atmosphere, and capture some amazing photos from different viewpoints. In Grindelwald, there were several activity options available, which made the experience even better. We decided to go up the mountain First and although it was an additional cost, it was absolutely worth it. The views from the top were breathtaking, the fresh alpine air was incredible, and the entire experience felt magical. I would highly recommend adding this option if you can. Overall, this day trip was exceptionally well organized and offered the perfect mix of sightseeing, free time, adventure, and unforgettable Swiss landscapes. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland — it’s an experience you will remember for a lifetime.

This was a great tour...

This was a great tour with the perfect blend of history, culture, and of course cheese and chocolate. Our guide Sarah was wonderful! She shared her love of her city and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was so nice to spend the afternoon learning about Lucerne and tasting chocolate/cheese with her!

Outstanding Tour, but explanation needs revision.

The experience was outstanding, but the explanation was very confusing. 1. Explain that start times are optional. We should have started much earlier. There was so much to do and see. 2. Explain that one activity ends, and the other begins at that exact site. The flow was unclear.

Great way to see beautiful nature

Great experience to enjoy the beautiful mountains and the scenery. No guides, but everything was perfectly arranged. There was no hassle in getting access to any listed activities. Definitely be prepared for a whole day of action and requires lot of walking. Highly suggest to plan extra time to explore the various activities in the park at the top. It can get pretty busy in the afternoon and wait for the slide ride was about 1hr, but was a good experience.
