Good Eats in Ireland
My daughter and I were greeted by Kate who brought us into her well-equipped kitchen. We introduced ourselves, had a little small talk and got to work preparing an authentic Irish stew. Everyone had their job and were supervised by Kate. Once the stew was cooking we started on the scones and bread. Everything moved quite smoothly stew, breads, and conversation. Once done we sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labor in Kate’s beautiful dining room. We enjoyed every bite.
Very highly recommended.

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience baking scones and brown bread at Kate’s! We learned her technique of mixing the ingredients while taking about local customs and events!
They put up with our many questions and need to turn the scone baking into a competition! We had a fabulous afternoon!

Irish Coffee Experience
Nancy did a wonderful job explaining the history and the process of Irish coffees. This class was a nice break from walking Dublin. The only thing that would have made it better was if everyone had arrived on time. After we had made the coffees and Nancy started in with the history, two Americans came in. Nancy was very welcoming and we had a review of everything we had already learned. I think there should be a policy about late comers that doesn’t impact those of us who arrived on time or early. I’m an American and I was there early. It’s just unfortunate. Not Nancy’s fault. I’m sure it was equally as frustrating for her. Loved the information and learning the process and the WHY behind the process. Thanks Nancy!

Great Experience in Dublin
We had such a great time in this cooking class! The food was delicious and plentiful, and Ann kept the wine flowing. We had a great group and had a fun time getting to know each other while learning to make the yummy Irish staples. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys Irish food and drinks.

An enjoyable baking experience in Dublin!
Emily is so friendly and welcoming. She is very easy to talk to, which made the experience very enjoyable. We baked delicious scones and an apple cake. We then sat at a table for tea. My adult daughter and I really enjoyed talking with her about Irish language and culture. I would highly recommend this experience when you visit Dublin.

A Delightful Experience
I took this Mixology Course during the Christmas season. It was fun and I learned quite a bit about the drinks the class made. We had a chance to tour the distillery and learn about its history and development. The instructor was friendly and passionate.
