What are people saying about Iceland

So glad we did it!
Our guide, Steven was great. His confident, relaxed and lighthearted demeanor put me at ease. For some reason I was expecting to meet at an actual building but the meeting spot is a parking lot that you pass by just before P5. There are bathrooms available but you change into your base layer in the back of what looks similar to a U-Haul moving vehicle with minimal privacy. Nobody seems to mind. The experience in the water was otherworldly and totally worth it. Once you get past the initial shock of cold water on your face, you get used to it and can relax and enjoy the experience. We were shown to roll over on our backs if we needed assistance or just to take a break which was reassuring. The pictures came quickly (later the same day for us even though he said it might be the next day) and are so fun.

While I didn’t see any...
While I didn’t see any whales unfortunately it was still a great experience with a lovely guide! If you are on the shorter side the seat can be a little uncomfortable as it’s basically a saddle and your feet will barely touch the ground. Also not the trip for those who get sea sick. Thankfully the company did give me a free ticket to come back and try again either there or in Reykjavík, which I did take advantage of, and luckily I did see whales the second time around!

Great tour!
We took this tour when we disembarked from our Iceland cruise on Windstar cruises. Our guide Bjami was there waiting for us. We had a great day driving the Golden Circle, he gave us information on the sights, told us stories and also took great pictures for us. Wonderful tour!

short and sweet
went with my brother while we were doing a camping trip around the golden circle, tour was a little short but very nice and staff were friendly and helpful, the beach and doing the trot after were very enjoyable, good times if you’re looking for something that doesn’t take too much time out of your day!

Be adventurous, try the wetsuit!
My travel group and I all did the wetsuit diving. We've done the drysuit diving in the past, and after comparing the two I absolutely prefer the wetsuit diving. Yes, you are wet throughout rather than staying dry underneath the suit, however the water does not feel as cold as you would think and your body acclimates pretty quickly. In both the wetsuit and drysuit, your hands, feet, and face go numb regardless, so we much prefer the freedom and flexibility of the wetsuit over the drysuit. When you are in the drysuit, you have to have your wrists and neck tightly bound with ties to ensure no water gets into your suit, so between the constriction around your neck and the bulkiness of the drysuit it can feel a lot more claustrophobic for some people (me included). If you are in the fence, be adventurous and try the wetsuit! You will feel more bada** haha
As for our specific experience, Kaya was a wonderful guide! She was informative, knowledgeable, passionate, and very experienced. She was thorough with our prep and set up, and made us feel safe and accounted for the entire time. We would absolutely recommend her for this adventure!

Earth & Water, Perfect together
Hiking underground in the largest lava tunnel in Iceland and dry suit snorkel-flying in the fissure between two continents-what could be better. Just an amazing experience beyond the norm. When they turn off the lights it is total blackness in the tunnel. Not hard hiking but captivating knowing you are surrounded by lava! There is just enough current in the fissure to make you feel you flying rather than snorkeling. If it wasn’t for the cold around your mask and hands you could easily forget. It reminded of tales of sunken Atlantis, huge blocks of stone laid on top of one another to make impenetrable walls on either side with a clear bright channel in between. Although the depth can be more than 90 feet, good luck getting a dry suit below the surface! I tried hard with zero luck. Loved both experiences, highly recommend each one!

Amazing tour
Well worth booking. Andres coordinated with us in advance to make sure we had a high probability of see the lights, picked up us at our Arbnb (on time) and brought us on an amazing journeys to see the lights. He knew where to find them, and took great care of us.

This is my favorite tour...
This is my favorite tour out of the 3 I did in Iceland. The snorkeling is magical and Lilian was the perfect guide. He keeps you laughing. The stops around the golden circle were well timed. The driver kept us very entertained with stories and history. Don’t miss this one.

Our guide Dory was...
Our guide Dory was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was a great help with suiting up. She made sure all of us got pictures in multiple areas and redirected us when help was needed. The only complaint was that the wind and rain were cold, but only when walking to and from the area. Once in the water, it had very little effect.

Fantastic day with the best tour guide
Outstanding tour guide. Andrea was so knowledgeable and personable. I read reviews stating he went above and beyond and he really did. We had a fantastic day. I can’t recommend Andrea enough. When we come back we will book with Andrea again. Thank you xxx

Perfect way to end our trip to Iceland
I selected this tour for my 12 year old daughter and myself because of the reviews and because it offered transportation from our hotel in Reykjavik. Simply put, it was wonderful.
The guide was also the owner of the Icelandic horses. She cared for and knew each very well so was able to match us to horses that we would each feel comfortable on. She started by learning about our riding experience then selected horses for us and had us groom them to begin to establish a connection. The horses were very friendly and responsive. I've never had such a smooth, comfortable ride.
We rode around the field and on a horse trail that ran parallel to the road. The guide took pictures throughout so we could just concentrate on the experience and safety. We got to trot and tilt and had a much more relaxed, comfortable experience than you get on the typical trail ride.
I would engage this business again and after this, 'm impressed enough to want to come back to Iceland just to go on a multi day riding trip (tho that is not something she does.
For us, having a taxi sent by the owner to take us from and back to the hotel was worth it as she is apparently sometimes not found on Google maps and more connection between her and the driver can be needed.
