What are people saying about Genoa

Fabulous!
What a wonderful evening! Alberto welcomed us to his charming rooftop and shared his passion for traditional Genoese pesto and fresh pasta. He taught us the history behind the dishes while we enjoyed a unique cocktail, delicious focaccia, and local appetizers. We made pesto by hand and fresh pasta with his expert guidance, then enjoyed the meal we created with wine and a light, refreshing Genoese-style tiramisu. The small group setting made for a relaxed, personal experience. We highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Genoa!

A great way to see Genoa for a good price!
We had a wonderful time seeing the city from our rickshaw (attached to a bicycle)! Our guide and “driver” was very knowledgeable and provided us with fun facts and historical information at each of our stops. We didn’t have any trouble with motion sickness and it was a smooth ride. We fit pretty comfortably in the rickshaw but it was not a giant space so it may feel a little tight if you are a larger size person or couple. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our ride!

Interesting and quaint tour of old Genoa
We took a personal rickshaw tour of Genoa and it was terrific! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable- we loved the old fashoined rickshaw! Genoa is a very old and often overlooked and underrated Italian city. The architecture and the caruggi were stunning!

I just love food!!!
This small group tour was wonderful. We got all the good local foods. The pesto at the restaurant was so amazing we were actually trying to buy it and bring it home. No dice though they didn't sell it, and I have tried and can't recreate it lol. The guide was wonderfully knowledgeable not only for food but for things as we walked around. We still got to see sights as we walked around getting food. I did the traditional tour and wouldn't change a thing. We even go to see some of the focaccia being made and flipped in the air to thin it out.
