The sweetest trip ever. I booked this for my husband and I and we could not have expected this level of service and welcomeness. We appreciate the time both of the operators took to explain each step and share their personal touches about hot air balloon rides. I recommend this for any individual, couple, and/or group who wants a little change from their usual schedule. The special prosecco and breakfast was a pure highlight - but the views made the experience evermore. The spontaneity is letting the wind blow the balloon and not knowing where you'll land! Very fun and cool. Thank you again for a great time. Also, Uva (if that's her) has the best photo at the checkout area.

Do it - you’ll love it!!

Fantastic experience. From pick up to drop off - a great time. The views were spectacular, there was plenty of room in our basket and the food and champagne afterwards was just perfect. The only one minor thing is we came in a little fast and hit the ground hard and bounced a couple times. It was just startling, I did not feel in danger -just like - oh sh_t. Lol I would absolutely do it again.

An Unforgettable Way to Experience Tuscany from Above

Such a fun and memorable experience in Tuscany! Everything was really well organized from start to finish, and Allie, our instructor, was amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The views were absolutely incredible and honestly one of my favorite ways to experience the beauty of Tuscany. The lovely breakfast at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I’m so glad we did this and would personally recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany. It’s such a special experience and definitely something I’ll remember from our trip!

Bucket List experience without a doubt!!

Experience of a lifetime! So very cool! Whole balloon team was amazing and our FEMALE pilot (sorry I forget her name) was incredible! She made it extra special with explaining how things work, pointing out sites on our hour-long journey, and answered questions with detail and enthusiasm. She really loves what she does and is extremely good at it. In fact, we learned she has the record of highest number of countries (125 so far) she has piloted in for a female pilot! Very impressive! This really is a bucket list experience and I highly recommend it as it is worth every penny! 🌸

Amazing views from above

My wife and I booked this experience as part of our visit to Florence. Originally we booked the flight that was supposed to go over parts of the city and then go to the countryside, but the wind conditions didn't allow flying over the city so we ended up flying over the Chianti valley. The company was completely fair, in allowing us to cancel due to the change in plan, and once we decided to still go, refunded the difference in prices between the two experiences, which are priced differently. They also arranged a pick-up from our hotel (inside the Florence ZTL) to the take-off field (and back). The flight itself was lots of fun. Some amazing views of the countryside at dawn, and the crew and pilot were very experienced and professional. I was impressed by how organized everything was, how safe it felt, and how they did everything efficiently while still being very warm and friendly. This was our first balloon ride and it was wonderful. I'd happily recommend the experience and the company to others.
