Sam was a safe driver. Always willing to assist us in any way. Offered chips and water during the trip. Enjoyed the tour a lot. Both Sunwapta and the Athabasca falls were amazing. Peyto and Bow lakes were such awe to see. Every corner of the highway had great views. The tour was worth every penny we spent.

We had such a great experience! AK, our driver, was wonderful and made sure we got to all the stops and had time to enjoy them. He also took pictures of our group along the way, and he is an amazing photographer and driver! The scenery and stops were absolutely beautiful, and the whole trip was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this tour and AK to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I went on this tour. The tour was soo well organized, and everything went smoothly. Our guide Habib was very knowlegeable and gave us recomendations on how to make the most of our time. He also had a great sense of humor which was great since we were never bored during the deive and was very considerate of the group . He provided us water after a small hike (Thank you lol). He drove very carefully and smoothly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole trip. Boyd was also a great guide. He was very helpful, attentive, and made sure we enjoyed every part of the experience. He even helped us find the perfect spots for taking beautiful pictures, which made our memories even more special. We also had a great experience with Viator. Everything was very easy, smooth, and comfortable, from booking to the actual trip. The whole process was stress-free and well organized. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend Boyd and Viator to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable trip!

On a recent vacation to Calgary we took the Banff Gondola Hot Springs Bow Falls and Three Lakes Tour. From beginning to end, we had a very enjoyable day. The pick-up location was easy to find and very walkable from our downtown hotel. Our guide, Naveen, did an excellent job. He was cordial and professional, a perfect combination. Our favorite parts of the tour were Bow Falls, Lake Louise, and the Banff Gondola. If you take this tour and you happen to love mint chocolate chip ice cream, you're in luck! It was available at the snack stand at Lake Minnewanka and was delicious!

Aashish was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He takes amazing pictures and tries to accommodate everyone. He explains everything thoroughly and is always on time. I highly recommend this tour. It’s a great trip to see multiple places in short doses, so then you can return another day. Side note, I recommend you bringing a sweatshirt or jacket. It was supposed to be warmer that day and wound up being freezing so everyone was buying sweatshirts/jackets. Save your money lol.

I'm a retired widow from Florida and brought my two horse loving granddaughters to Alberta, Canada. We did a week's worth activities. This was the last one before we left to go home and saved the best for last. Our guide was Jocelyn who was very personable, explained where we were the different mountains landscapes animals we might or might not see. She took amazing pictures when we got up to a plateau area of us on the horses with the mountains behind us. Also a fun part, taking selfies with horses which the girls, ages 12 and 14 loved. A bonus: we met a young man who was working there who went to the same high school in FL as my grandson does . . . small world.

Great and bundle tour offered by Banff Journey tour company. Those who want to cover best and main tourists spots of Banff in a single day - that's the tour which you want and it's good to travel with all age groups. Our tour guide "Sam" was great and he enjoys his work. He did take beautiful pictures on good spots on the locations included in our itinerary. Tour bus was comfortable and offered snacks and water as well. I would surely suggest this tour to people who are coming with family or as a couple.
