Great way to see all the hot spots in one day!

Aashish was our driver for this tour. He gave us facts about different features along the way to each stop as well as background information about each location. He joined us on a couple of the stops and helped us take group photos! We were grateful to have booked a tour like this as we only had two full days in the Banff area, it would be unlikely to make it to all these stops on our own, especially due to the limited parking with peak season. Note that there are no outlets on the bus for charging as well as spotty cell service at all the stops, so use your phone spraringly to conserve battery if planning to take photos.

Missed my tour, but offered alternatives

Wonderful helpful staff. Due to flight issues I missed my tour. I was within the 24 hour cancellation window, so understood there were no refunds. They offered me another tour which did not work in my schedule. But I did get to take a bike and go out alone for a wonderful 1.5 hour ride along the Bow River trail.

Best tour to cover the lakes!!

Incredibly smooth travel. Very well planned and didnt feel rushed at any of the stops. York our tour guide was kind, punctual & knowlegable. He took the time to explain the highlights, guide us to the spots with incredible views/hikes. He even did a bit of a detour for us in town instead of making us wait for Gondola pickup grp.

Whole trip is a very exciting experience. Our driver and guide Habib is very friendly and knowledgeable. He provides a lot of information during the driving along with audio tour. He also provides cool bottle water and always explains details and reminds us of washroom breaks. Pick up and drop off are all on time. Definitely recommend it!

Great city and so much to see. We had a great guide who provided good information. The area is stunning, and we really enjoyed the tour. Overall, very happy with the experience. This is a 3-hour walking tour! Be aware that it is only walking for 3 hours. It worked great for us, but if you have issues walking, this is not for you.

Great trip good price

This trip covers a lot of site seeing around Banff National Park and allows time for lunch in downtown Banff. We got picked up in Canmore which was convenient for us. The tour was 9 hours, which seems like a long time, but since the tour included so many sites, it didn’t feel that long. We started with the Banff Gondola. Our tour guide, Ram was great. He helped us with getting the gondola tickets. You have a little over an hour up top. The scenery was amazing. They had outside observation decks and chairs to relax. You can also hike. Next we soaked in the Banff mineral springs. I highly recommend it. I felt renewed and relaxed after a 10 minute soak. We then went to Bow falls, which was picturesque. Ram was ready to help with pictures. He even did a 360 picture for us. It looks professional. We then got an hour in Banff to shop or eat. We grabbed some lunch. The afternoon included, surprise corner, Johnson Lake, two Jacks lake and Lake Minnewanka. I could be leaving something out. Not sure. We had ice cream from the snack shack at Kake Minnewanka. It was better than Cows in Banff. The price is right. I’d definitely recommend this tour
