My husband and I went on this tour. The tour was soo well organized, and everything went smoothly. Our guide Habib was very knowlegeable and gave us recomendations on how to make the most of our time. He also had a great sense of humor which was great since we were never bored during the deive and was very considerate of the group . He provided us water after a small hike (Thank you lol). We enjoyed the legenda and history he told us along the tour. Thank you very much Edwin

Our knowledgeable guide, Raj, also has a good sense of humour which added to the day. The Royal Tyrrell Museum is magnificent, the Badlands scenery iconic, and the quirky Drumheller vibe came together in a great day out. My personal high moment was seeing the display of fossils of the creatures of the Burgess Shale.

Because I was travelling alone I had many questions before I booked this tour. I sent an email to get more info and I received a reply right away. After I booked I received a text message from Tito welcoming me and letting me know that I could message him. I did ask him more questions about hotels and pickup locations and each time he gave me answers that helped me finalize many details for my trip. I thanked Tito and I said that I was looking forward to the tour and seeing many amazing things and he replied saying we can’t wait to show you! I’ve never had such prompt personalized service before! The morning of my tour I received a message to let me know that Luis would be my driver and a photo of the vehicle. Luis was an excellent driver and an amazing informative tour guide. All 12 people on the tour were very happy with our trip. Luis stayed with us the entire time. He even walked the trails with us and told us exactly where to stand to get the best photos. He explained what we were seeing and gave historical and cultural information about the area. There were several stops for washroom and snack breaks and Luis suggested where we would find the best places for coffee or ice cream or popcorn. When we stopped for lunch Luis made recommendations and gave us a discount card for specific restaurants. This was definitely the best tour I have ever taken! I learned that Rocky Mountain Trips is actually run by Tito and Luis is his father. I was so proud of the amazing job that this young Canadian man and his family are doing and I am happy to support an independent Canadian company that does such wonderful work. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but it’s still available at Rocky Mountain Trips.
