Great trip experience!

We were picked up and dropped off directly at our hotel in Canmore instead of having to meet at the designated meeting place, which was very convenient for us. Especially since it was our first time in Canmore and we weren’t very familiar with everything yet. The whole trip was very well organized and on time, from pick-up to every stop, all the way until drop off. Gary was an excellent tour guide. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and great at making the experience enjoyable. He also took beautiful photos of me and my husband and encouraged us to make the most out of every stop :) This day tour was definitely worthwhile. We could have driven to the places ourselves, but we’re so glad we decided to book this instead. I really can't say enough positive things about my tour Friday! It was well timed, my tour guide was informative and entertaining but not over bearing giving me time to take in all of the sites. Really enjoyed all of the stops along the way. This Drumhellar tour far exceeded my expectations. My favorite part would be the Royal Tyrrell Museum. Highly reccomend!

I am very satisfied with the places we visited and they gave us two hours to look around banff town and grab lunch. The whole tour is planned very well for a reasonable price and our tour guide, Ray, was very sweet and very hard-working. He went out of his way and offered to pick up and drop off at a location we are most comfortable with. Ray was awesome.

Great Day Tour!

The Columbia Icefields are interesting and a great experience! We left Calgary at 7 am and did not get back until 7:30 pm so it was a long day but totally worth it! We made several stops on the way and saw beautiful views at each stop. It snowed the day before so it was like riding through a winter wonderland. Tony, our driver was great. When we left Calgary the roads still had ice and slushy snow. Tony drove cautiously and made sure we arrived safely! I can not thank him enough for his careful driving. Additionally, Tony stopped at picturesque places and helped us by taking our pictures. The Icefields were interesting and riding in a snow coach was an experience. Great day trip and thank you Tony for your great driving and keeping us on time!

We recently took a tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, and it was amazing! Our driver, Wee was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing great insights about the area. The scenery at both lakes was breathtaking; the turquoise waters and stunning mountains took my breath away. Wee made sure we had enough time to explore and take photos. Overall, a well-organized tour that I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies!

We went to the Calgary stampede to Honor our mother who had spent her whole life wanting to go

It was abit hard to understand where to pick up the tickets at the Will Call Centre, but once we figured that out, it was amazing. The staff was able to direct us to where we needed to go any time we needed help. We did the 2 day thrill package for an afternoon event and the evening show both on the same day, but it would be more enjoyable doing the afternoon on 1 day, and the evening show on the next night. Having them on a seperate day would give you more chance to relax, and enjoy everything alot more. We were exhausted doing both on the same day. Thanks to Pam, ( a staff member who helped me make sure everything went just right for our family), we were able to honor our mom on her 1st b'day in heaven by going to the 1 place she always wish she could have gone to! ❤️. The fireworks were spectacular! Thank you Calgary Stapede for all you do.

Flexible when flight was delayed

My son’s flight was delayed overnight and didn’t get in until after he was supposed to take his shuttle. They were easy to work with and put them on the later shuttle. The only thing that I would recommend is that they update their website for their actual hours.

First time rider

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very professional and friendly staff. Made me feel very comfortable I got to ride Poncho (an awesome horse who knew what he was doing lol) and lucked out with a 2 hour ride upgrade!! Trainers Jordan and Emily were awesome and very Informative about the horses and the trail!! Will definitely do this again next time I am back. It’s a must do! Ps the coffee was great too. Thank you!
