Fun tour

Radu was great. Instructions to meet were perfect too, the group in total was 5 people + guide. We started off with a short coffee break as we strolled the streets of old town and learned the history of Brasov. Radu even gave suggestions for restaurants and how to get to other locations for views.

Amazing Tour!

Had an absolutely amazing day with Tiberiu. He picked us up close to our accommodation and brought us to the amazing Peles Castle and gave us a tour inside. Then we headed to Bran Castle and did an independent exploration as external guides are not allowed within the castle to give tours. We had prebooked the entry tickets with the info they had provided so felt like a very smooth day. Lucky that it was fairly quiet around with Easter being on so not too crowded but really enjoyed the entire day, all the information provided and great chats!

Great tour

Was a great experience. Our guide, Alin was very knowledgeable. Gave us so much information in regards to all the places we were visiting. Picked us up from our air bnb, which was a bonus. Only 2 other people were on the tour with us, which helped. Bear park was amazing. Bram castle was quite crowded as aisles are small but glad we have done it. Would highly recommend. If I could have, I would have given Alin 6 stars!

Very nice tour

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also drove safely and was timely at every site. He swiftly took care of a car power issue and brought us back to the city on time. The only recommendation I have is to offer water and WiFi as indicated in the add or else remove it.

Bianca is an excellent guide. She was on time, very polite and engaging. I was the only person in the tour and I am a photographer… So, she was able to take time to help me get some great photos and take extra time when needed. Extremely knowledgeable and we had great conversation about the historical past and current events. For me this was about immersive as a tour gets. Of course the locations were very beautiful. Great tour!

First of all, Florin was a fantastic guide with fluency in english and spanish with interesting facts about the area and the castles! the tour itself was quite great, the only thing I wished for was a little more time in both castles, to try to see it in not such a hush and to see the little souvenir shops around them. aside from that, 100% recommended

Great hiking!

Our original plan was to go to Fagaras mountains but due to the unexpected snowfall the road was closed and we needed to change our plans. Piatra Craiului offered a nice option to hike on a different type of mountain. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, the fog hided the mountains and we couldn’t do the whole trail. The lunch break at the hut was anyway really nice. And on the way back we hiked through a very impressive gorge! In spite of the weather circumstances our guide Ovidiu did his best and the hiking was a great experience! He was a reliable, nice and professional guide! Also the service from the tour operator in general was friendly and flexible, and they did their best to serve the customer.

A great experience !!!!

We completed the tour today. Alina was our guide. The tour was very well organized by Marian from Active Travel and the hike through the mountains was absolutely AMAZING, at an easy pace, accompanied by a lot of detailed explanations by Alina. The nature that we hiked through was varied and having a beautiful day made it even more breathtaking!!! The 3 course lunch that was offered at the end of the hike was at an extremely beautiful guest house. It was beyond exceptional-tasty, varied, plentiful and served in a very Romanian authentic atmosphere!!!! Thanks for an amazing day trip!!

One of the few places where you can see happy bears

Great place to see bears! They are a sanctuary helping bears and also educating people on the struggles of captive bears in Romania. On our visit we've seen 25-30 different bears of different ages from little ones to full grown massive ones as well as deer, wolfs, and a fox.

Best tour company and a VIP day!

This was part of a 3 day vacation with tours every day that ended up with the same company. This day was a long and wonderful first class private tour with the best tour guide I’ve ever had!
