We had a fantastic bicycle tour with The Pedaler (the team with awesome communication). Our tour guide, Alan, was super. He made the experience seamless from start to finish - friendly, knowledgeable, and great local tips for Poutine and the best pizza. His pacing was spot-on while keeping everyone comfortable and confident on the bikes.
Alan’s stories and recommendations brought Victoria to life, we saw so much more than we expected without ever feeling rushed. The equipment was excellent, the staff welcoming, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully designed.
If you want to truly experience Victoria, not just see it, this is the way to go. Highly recommend The Pedaler and Alan for anyone visiting the city.

Ben was our guide. He was informative and fun. No one else was on the tour with us so it ended up just we three and Ben. We enjoyed the bike route and the stops we made. The route is easy to ride and relaxing. We would recommend this tour highly.

We had a fantastic tour of the city by bicycle. Our tour guide Matthew was very knowledgeable about Victoria’s history. We biked about 8 miles in two hours, spending quality time in historic areas of the city. Bicycles were well maintained and friendly staff.

Eric was a great guide. We saw things we would have missed had we not gone on this tour. We also saw some of the other shop personnel while we were dining and they were so friendly and stopped to talk with us. It was a nice surprise that they remembered us.

We had a great time biking the neighborhoods of Victoria with our guide Nicole. We were a group of four 55-60, and the ride was very doable for all of us. Nicole was upbeat, and informative regarding the history of Victoria. We would definitely recommend this trip as we saw areas of the city we would not have found on our own.
