I booked it because it’s the most affordable option at the time of booking. My friend arrived 30 minutes earlier, and they were flexible. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff were friendly.

Our host Carlos was great! My mom had trouble against the current on a windy day and he strapped her to his board and paddled her along the tour so she wasn’t stuck behind. Very attentive to everyone and kind!

I thought at first that this was a group tour of the lagoon, but instead you just show up and they give you the paddleboard to do your own thing for an hour. It is super relaxing, very good for all levels of experience, and there is some really neat marine life to see! Highly recommend it.

Horrible Tour Guide, Don’t Book This Experience

The guy who led the tour was horrible and did not take his time explaining anything. It was our first time doing anything like this event and despite our calls for help when we were stuck he stood on the shore ignoring us and chatting with his buddies, leaving us to figure it out on our own. Then when our hour was up he was extremely rude and very forceful. The entire way he was treating us was bad but by this time in our trip we were used to the horrible customer service, and I know for sure it had something to do with skin tone. I would not recommend this experience.
