There are no storage lockers to keep strollers or any other item you choose to bring, it’s your responsibility to bring it up to the Eiffel Tower. Large suitcases aren’t allowed to get in.
Please ensure that all infants and children are included in the total headcount when making your reservation, as they are counted as part of the group for entry.
Tickets cannot be sent to guests in advance or after the start of the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and be accompanied by the guide to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
Please do not go directly to the Tower. Meet our guide at the designated meeting point. The guide will have your tickets, and you will enter the Eiffel Tower together for a smooth and organized start to your guided tour.

I booked a tour of the Eiffel Tower but unfortunately missed the original appointment because my daughter had broken her foot just a week before our trip to Europe. Getting to the tour was challenging, and even Uber wasn’t much help. I explained the situation to the tour company, and they were incredibly kind, rescheduling us for the next day at a time that worked better for our circumstances. The tour itself was absolutely amazing! Hendricks Chukwudi, our guide, was phenomenal—he was not only knowledgeable but also made the entire experience fun and easy to follow. His insights brought the history and significance of the Eiffel Tower to life, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris. The combination of excellent customer service and a fantastic guide like Hendricks made it a memorable experience!

Loved the tour. Small group which was perfect. Our guide Henderix was incredible! Be was really engaged with the group, shared great information about the Eiffel Tower and gave the information in a fun way. He engaged the group by having them guess information and used a lap top with pictures. Fantastic experience and lucky to have him as a guide

The summit was closed due to capacity restrictions, which is clearly mentioned in your booking and voucher terms as a potential scenario. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. You were granted access to the second floor, and we have already refunded the difference in cost to reflect this adjustment. We strive to be transparent in all our communications, and accusations of dishonesty are not reflective of how we operate. We acted promptly to resolve the issue with a partial refund, and we hope this addresses your concern.

My most memorable parts???? Hmmm, let’s see….Receiving an email at 9:40pm the night before our tour, saying it would be delayed 3 hrs. Scrambling to reschedule our day with friends to make the new time we were given. Walking 45 minutes to the designated meeting spot at the time indicated, only to receive an email upon our arrival that our tour was cancelled entirely. When I emailed and expressed my absolute displeasure, and my previous suggestions for compensation (prior to the out and out cancellation) I received pushback, and was called “illogical.” To say that our experience was horrible would be an understatement. Of course, we were given a refund, obviously, but our day was ruined, and we had to pivot again to salvage it. The communication offered (or lack there of) made for it being incredibly difficult to replan our day, come 3pm, but thankfully, we made the best of it.

Very knowledgeable and interesting guide that provided a great background and history of the tower. A little on the expensive side since a summit ticket without a guide is 35.30 EUROS, but unless you have a written guidebook, or some other information to review, you will miss interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. Since I went last minute, I think having the guide made access easier and possibly faster than if I went on my own. I went at night and saw the tower and Paris lit up and it was especially beautiful.
