I tried to reach out to Viator and there was absolutely no way to call somebody which is very disappointing. I reached the actual tour guide and he was in another part of France so he could not even come to give me the tour that I arranged months ago. At least Vito refunded me.

Good information about the destination at the beginning of a stay. We had a private tour since there was no other guest. We had a little trouble meeting up with our guide because of the huge area at the meeting point. It would be better to state a specific spot to meet in a large square.

Regarding the meeting point, I appreciate your suggestion. However, I should mention that the meeting point is specified as the Fountain of the Sun in the middle of the Massena square, which is typically the most precise landmark I can provide in Nice. The fountain serves as a clear, central reference point that is easily identifiable.

All of it! Gianni took us to places we may well have come across accidentally on our own - but we would never have learned about the history of these places. Our guide was polite and friendly and very knowledgable and proud of his home city, Nice.

Our guide was informative and took us to parts of the city we had not been to. He suggested places to go and was patient with our walking a little slower (I tore my meniscus!). Good overview!

Les 2 heures de visite nous ont parues 10 minutes tellement Gianni nous a fait passer un agréable moment, tant il est connaisseur de sa ville natale. La guida Gianni era simpaticissima e preparatissima, ci ha fatto fare un tour completo di Nizza nonostante il gran caldo. La mia parte preferita è stata la visita alla collina del castello e la bellissima vista da lassù.
