The entire software around downloading your tickets downloading the audio is terrible. Plus the museum itself is poorly sign posted inside. You have rooms with different directions, and you don’t know which direction to take from one room to another to complete your visit. It is quite bad.

This ticket allowed us to enter the museum and avoid the line, but the audio guide is misrepresented. You need to download the audio guide to your device and have earbuds. We paid the extra 5 euro for the museum guide. I would have booked tickets in advance from the museum, but our tour only provided a small window for time on your own. The museum is spectacular, but I would avoid this particular offering.

We are, however, sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the audio guide experience. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the experience includes a digital audio guide, which is shared along with the tickets and accessed through a downloadable app on a personal device. As this is a self-guided digital experience, earbuds/headphones are not included and are required for use. Our support team is always available and would have gladly assisted had we been contacted during your visit.

This is a SCAM. Calling from an unknown phone number from India starting at 6AM the day of the tour, requiring birth dates without any clear reason. Then harassing us after we didn’t feel comfortable.

Very disappointing, the audio tour was not organized by section, instead it was by title, we didn't know which audio to use for which art, better to buy your ticket directly from the museum.
