Well worth the money after a 17 hour flight. Our Driver was always in touch and exactly where he said he would be. Polite and helpful, but mindful of how tired we were and respected our privacy. The vehicle was spotless. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Would definitely use them again.

Our driver was James, we were very happy with him. I am somewhat handicap, and traveling is a pain for me, the airport rarely has a wheelchair waiting for me, this was the case again here. James waited patiently by the luggage claim when I told him, it took a long time for them to bring me the chair.
Finally when we got to baggage claim, he was there with a sign with my name on it, had a luggage dolly ready and grabbed our bags for us. Took us to a car waiting up front with water bottles and took us to our hotel. Very happy with the service and well worth the money rather than waiting for an Uber.

Our driver kept in touch with us via text, so we had no trouble finding her in the baggage claim area. The large SUV we were transported in was roomy, extremely comfortable, and in excellent condition. The transfer from the airport to our Waikiki area hotel was handled professionally, courteously, and safely. We would definitely use this service again.

We were lucky to have James both for our pickup from and then for our return to Honolulu International. He was prompt, accommodating of the fact that we had a toddler and all of a toddler's accessories with us, considerate of our privacy, and very helpful with luggage. James and his team was great. I would highly recommend them. My wife and I were travelling with 3 young children and they provided car seats with no extra cost. They were very responsive to chats and email so we had no issues with getting hold of them when we needed to. They picked us up to and from the airport and we even arranged them to take us to and from Pearl Harbour for a very reasonable price. They were on time, very friendly and gave us some good advice along the way. Definitely the best choice for traveling with young children.

Amazing service! Booked this for my sister and her friend when they were meeting us in Hawaii! The drivers were there waiting when they got off the plane and even made a nice custom sign for me saying congrats for her graduation and the leis were so nice also!
