Our tour guide was amazing!!! We did the three hour Florence tour with the ability to still do the bell tower, museum and the cathedral later in the day! Thus you had 6 hours of activity locked in this tour! Highly recommend!!

Loved that it was a small group of 8 people. Our guide provided some much background/historical information that was interesting and important to make connections to the places we visited and the art pieces that were highlighted. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who has is visiting for the first time.

Florence at a glance

A great way to see and experience Florence if you don't have alot of time. Tour guide was very informative and nice.

Florence in a day for a deal!

Our tour guide was amazing!!! We did the three hour Florence tour with the ability to still do the bell tower, museum and the cathedral later in the day! Thus you had 6 hours of activity locked in this tour! Highly recommend!!

Loved it!

Lynne_A, May 2026
Our tour guide was terrific. She expertly guided us through our travels and was extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend this tour

Solo Vaca

Lesley_G, Apr 2026
Really amazing history without too much dialogue. Not as much walking as I thought, welcomed that! Manuela dis a great job and even got me an affogato after.

Stunning and Fantastico!!

B_S, Apr 2026
It was pretty crowded, but as a solo traveler my tour guide made sure I was always in sight. Lei parli Inglease molto bene and was well understood. I'd do it again!! Well worth it.

The logistics of the trip...

Christine_D, Apr 2026
The logistics of the trip were a little stressful. We chose the whole day option, and through out the day we picked up other people, which was ok, but meant a lot of waiting at different stops. Next time, I’d choose just the Duomo.

Great tour

Britney_C, Mar 2026
We had such a lovely tour around Florence. You could tell our tour guided loved her city and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit these places

Must do!

Andrew_F, Mar 2026
Was an amazing trip, a must do in Florence, Italy! Climbing the duomo was the best part of the trip.

The tour felt a little...

Jonathan_S, Feb 2026
The tour felt a little rushed but that was because there was so much to see. The guide had a lot to share and the headsets provided helped to hear it all. However honestly, you can appreciate it all on your own if you have time and don’t mind the wait.

Elenora was a great guide...

Kopikaa_E, Feb 2026
Elenora was a great guide with a lot of enthusiasm! She made the tour a wonderful experience and had us great tips on how to explore Florence

Excellent tour, would...

Heather_R, Feb 2026
Excellent tour, would highly recommend. Had a private tour around the highlights of Florence as only myself & my mother were booked onto the tour. Our guide Eleonora was great, made the tour a pleasure to be on. She was very knowledgeable about everything she showed us & was happy to answer questions or give us more time to look at things if we wanted. She selected the best pieces of art etc to view in each place so our time was used well in each place visited. Thank you Eleonora!

Great tour, we Love Florence

Steph_B, Jan 2026
It’s easy to Rome a round the city of Florence and see the things that we saw on this tour, but Alisa (our guide) gave as a deeper appreciation for the sights with her stories of the history behind them. The David is simply superb. Been waiting my whole life to see it!!

High level overview fine for getting your bearings

Jill_D, Jan 2026
The tour was very high level and I was hoping to get more of an insider’s perspective of the city and the landmarks that we saw.

Highly recommend

maria_e, Jan 2026
Eleanora was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. So knowledgeable, but also engaging, and memorable. Highly highly recommend!

Great tour guide

Michael_R, Jan 2026
Eleanora was probably best guide we have had. Background of art history degree and native of Florence she was so knowledgeable. She was also so enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with us.

Nice walk though Florence - insightful

Kelly_M, Jan 2026
Wonderful experience on the tour. The only issue related to the dome climb tickets - they explained it was an administrative issue but didn’t explain much about it.

Great Tour

Cynthia_C, Dec 2025
Guide gives alot of Florence and art history. Lots of walking but very interesting. Would recommend.

David

Dean_A, Dec 2025
This was a great tour. Ricardo was excellent. One thing you SHOULD know. We brought some souveniers in Florence beforehand and were restricted from bringing in our bad because it had olive oil. So any liquid won’t be allowed in(to protect the art I imagine). I had to go across the street to a store and they kindly held them for me. I then bought a couple of bottled waters after the fact to reciprocate. It was a few minutes of stress as I had to leave my group then get back inside. But other than that, it was a good visit.

Would not recommend!!

Michelle_M, Dec 2025
Do not recommend! I arrived at the meeting point and the guide was not there. I was told we were late, but was there on time and no one was there to meet us. Did not get to go on the tour and was still charged for it.

Response from Host, Dec 2025

When checking the communication records, we can see that you arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes after the tour had already started. We also contacted you at the scheduled start time but were unable to reach you. Joining a scheduled group tour comes with the responsibility of being at the correct meeting point at the correct time. We are sorry that you missed your tour, but we held our side of the agreement. Your admission tickets were purchased in advance, and a professional guide was arranged who waited an additional 10 minutes for you. Other guests were on time, and we had to proceed to enter the museum on schedule.

Florence

Harpreet_D, Dec 2025
We did not think it was worth the price we paid… we were mainly standing in line to get in to Duomo, bell tower lines were so long that we could not go in

Response from Host, Dec 2025

We’d like to clarify that the experience you booked includes skip-the-line access to the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David, along with a guided walk through Cathedral Square including the exterior of the Cathedral and the Brunelleschi Dome. The line you mentioned entering was not part of the services included in this particular tour. The tour delivers exactly what is advertised and what was purchased — including priority entry where it is offered in the description. We hope this helps provide clarity for future travelers reading your feedback.

Excellent option in Florence!

Jackie_d, Dec 2025
The David is incredible and our guide was so knowledgeable! Unfortunately we didn’t book this tour in time to get to climb the dome of the Duomo, but as a consolation, we were able to climb the bell tower. This is a steep climb that is worth every step. You get to see all of Florence from an amazing vantage point and you get to see the dome from an incredible vantage point, especially if it is a clear day. I highly recommend this tour. It definitely helps to have the Vox system so that you can hear the guide very clearly in your ear, even if you’re not standing right next to her. There’s plenty of time to see various pieces in the academy, and the guide does an incredible job of giving an overview of several key pieces. We really loved this tour. We were only in Florence for one day, and this was the perfect overview of both of David and the Duomo to give us a sense of how special Florence is.

Great option for Accademia

Brenda_M, Dec 2025
Quick concise tour of the Accademia with the highlight being David. Our guide , Golya, used humor and stories to describe the art and artists which kept us all engaged. We would do this again!

Our tour guide Valentina...

Francesca_G, Dec 2025
Our tour guide Valentina was friendly and knowledgeable, and made navigating these popular attractions a breeze. She was happy to answer questions and really helped us to enjoy the experience more than we would have on our own!

Great experience

Megan_W, Dec 2025
Very informative tour. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience and learnt a lot about the history of the area

Domo

Deb_S, Dec 2025
A lot of fun climbing to dome and was not as hard as I thought. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. And gave us a great lunch recommendation.

Great day out

Karen, Dec 2025
Amazing from start to finish. Great tour guide who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no communication barrier and the tour itself was very informative

Interesting, many facts...

Alvit_W, Dec 2025
Interesting, many facts that are not easily found on the web, good sense of humor and very knowledgeable, flexible to meet individual interests, and fun 🙃

Duomo and David

Jack_S, Nov 2025
Our guide showed us historical perspectives and artistic styles that we never knew existed. It was very interesting. We started at accademia and had a short walk to the Duomo. The tour of the old church, predating the current one and burled underneath, was very cool. Then the dome climb was astounding! You gotta do this.

Our tour guide was...

Jason_R, Nov 2025
Our tour guide was excellent, and the tour was exactly as advertised. It was an overview of some key sites and works of art, with lots of additional information on what else to see after the tour and how to go about it.
