The sign where you meet is on a bike chained to a light pole. The guide was very considerate to ensure we were happy with the e-bike rtc
Response from Host, Sept 2025
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Our new, bigger sign arrived, and the meeting is in front of our Garage for the bikes. Hope we see you again for another ride around Berlin!

Where to start...
The host was rude, confrontational and generally abrasive.
The day started poorly due to my phone poorly parsing the URL sent from the ticket PDF. The link in the URL is a google map search and it returns two results (with the correct address), however if you click "get directions" in the Google maps app it takes you somewhere else 25 min walk away. This meant that I was in the wrong location at the start-time; however a call with the host and he was able to direct me to the correct location and I called a cab to get there. I was 15 minutes late.
When I arrived we argued about the link on the PDF page and whether it was correct, the address is correct and it was parsed incorrectly by the phone. I tried to explain I would have no knoweldge of where the address would lead because I was not from Berlin, but the host was unable to comprehend this. He also higly conforntational about the mistake. As if I had deliberatly wasted his time on purpose.
I admitted error, mainly as I did not want to waste the rather expensive £120 I spent for a tour. We agreed to move on.
The tour consited of two well maintained ebikes, rear-drive hub motors of good size and the host provided helmets. This was good.
However the host himself ran the tour on a etrike. The trike was slow and poor to accelerate. It also has a large turning circle and has to manuever up dropped curbs.
This kind of ruins the point of an ebike tour, and we were unable to quickly wiz around the city in a fun manner, instead had to trail the slow trike. To the point where the battery was full at the end of the tour. This is probably better suited for the infirm and elderly who wish to ride a bike.
I probbaly should have known better given that Berlin is flat and booked a ctandard cycling tour.
We visted the tourist hotspots as described in the tour and the host gave some information on the history as described.
There were times when you could use toilets if needed.
The host did provide some water, which was unexpected. And a pretzel.
The tour lasted the expected duration.
After the tour we returned to the starting point and dropped the bikes off.
Again the host decided to go on a rant as if he was personally slighted by us being late due to incorrect directions and as if he was personally doing the tour for karma and not for money. As if he was doing us a favour by running the tour. And not as if we had paid a sum of money to run a service he advertised.
I decided to leave because I didn't care to be lectured. He later followed up with further ranting in a text message to the group chat, seen in the image. Very odd morning and certainly unexpected. Would not recommend.

Confrontational Guest, wo did not readed what he booked even adress start time was correct on voucher did not arrive on time!
Dear Lent,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Our company is dedicated to delivering a great experience—not just for financial reasons but also for our Karma, which reflects our True Philosophy.
We regret that we did not even have the right to note that "the guest did not show up"! We waited for you and your companion and did not go home, than we had no stress or negative energy with all your claims and blame.
We want to clarify a few points.
Did you carefully read the tour description before booking? To repeat, it was a shared public tour with combined vehicles—a sightseeing experience, not a high-speed e-bike ride.
Punctuality is essential for shared group tours in Germany because of respect for others.
As clearly stated in your voucher, you were required to be at the meeting point, Weinbergsweg 6, by 9:45, but you were not there.
From a business standpoint, this was not even profitable. Our team was fully prepared and waiting, even though the tour was just for you and your companion.
Instead of leaving at 10:00, the guide kindly waited, called you, and delayed the start to accommodate you—despite this being an exception for shared group tours.
Arriving on time is the participant's responsibility.
We always strive to offer a comfortable and informative experience while ensuring safety.
This was not a private tour, yet we still honoured our commitments. While the guide had the right and could have left at 10:00, they waited purely out of goodwill.
Your voucher provided the exact location; we even called you when you were late. Rather than acknowledging this effort, you blamed the guide, the company, and even Viator—despite the correct address being on your voucher. You also criticized Google Maps rather than considering your navigation responsibility.
We understand technology can fail, but the guide is not your IT support. You were responsible for correctly entering the address in your preferred navigation app—Google, Moogle, or whatever you use.
Regarding the tour itself:
Our Rickshaws serve to drive the people who prefer rickshaws—the less young, the less mobile—and are also very practical as support vehicles for bags, drinks, repair tools, and improved communication.
The rickshaw's speed is higher (27 Kmh:) the e-bike just (:25 Kmh), and it is also licensed to drive in a walking area, which the e-bikes cannot. To repeat, it was a shared public tour with combined vehicles—a sightseeing experience, not a high-speed e-bike ride.
At the end of the tour, your e-bike battery was still full, and we covered all the scheduled sights, proving the bike functioned efficiently.
If your goal was to drain the battery, the guide could have let you ride some circles .
Your safety is our priority. Helmet use is optional, but we provide one.
Finally, regarding our post-tour discussion—our intention was never to lecture but to clarify the situation, as we value constructive dialogue—for our Karma.
At least you appreciated the well-maintained bikes, historical insights, refreshments, and overall tour duration—even if only for your Karma.
Perhaps you were late because our Karma wanted to protect us from a negative experience.
We stand by our commitments, and we love what we do.
We regret waiting for you—out of respect for our bookings, Viator, and to keep our Karma positive but became waste of time and our possetive actions.

We had an amazing time in our e-bike tour. Levent Aydin was an amazing tour guide, we got to see the major highlights around the city and learned a lot more about the history of Berlin. We felt safe riding the bikes around the city and the performance of the bikes were great!
Response from Host, Nov 2024
Thank you very much for your time and motivation,
We try to do our best to keep warm in winter with a cosy blanket or with Gluhwein. Thank you

Guide was very knowledgeable and took us to all the major spots. There is so much history so he did a great job summarizing everything. It’s a great way to experience Berlin in a short period of time.

Great experience with the bike tour! The guide was knowledgable about the sites and was able to expertly navigate our group through the busy streets of Berlin. He had a great selection of bikes and scooters as well. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Berlin!
