Leo, our tour guide, provided great comms, turned up exactly on time and the right place and gave an excellent tour taking into account everything we wanted to see and much more. His knowledge was excellent, showing us pictures of how things used to look and talking through the many changes that Berlin has undertaken. The rickshaw was very comfortable and though cool on the hot day we had you would be kept dry if it was raining. We saw a lot in a relatively small areabut it was great having a Rickshaw

Very nice tour of the city. Leo took us everywhere we wanted to see. I especially enjoyed riding through the garden. We could see much more than if we were walking. Leo gave very good information of what we were seeing.

We had a very limited time in Berlin. Leo picked us up and dropped us off at our requested spots. We got to see much more than we could have on a walking tour or car tour because the bike was faster than walking and had access to places a car couldn’t go. We rode through the Brandenburg Gate, rode through the adjacent beautiful park and pulled up to many key historical sites. I highly recommend this way to see a city quickly or to get oriented to a new city. We loved it.

This was my husband and I first time in Germany. This was an amazing experience!! Leo was so knowledgeable with everything. He took his time making sure we understood the history of this magnificent city. He stopped in places so we can take pictures and he was so patient with us. This was truly breathtaking experience and Leo was by far the best person to do it with. Thank you Leo for all your help and for making my husband and I experience wonderful! Leo wasn't able to do the tour, so he had Yakup fill in, and he was great. He shared a ton of details about Berlin including what it was like growing up in East Berlin and being 18 when the wall came down.
I loved that I could do the tour by myself so we could customize it as I saw fit, and they only charged 20 euro to do a pick up outside of the normal zone. Much cheaper than ubers.

Our rickshaw tour through Berlin was an outstanding experience and a unique way to explore the city’s Cold War history. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about the subject. He provided detailed explanations about the various Cold War points of interest, including the historical context and the significance of each location.
It was really cold so better be prepared then sorry 😬

Super way to see the city as you can use the bike/bus lanes and beat traffic as well as get very close to the buildings. Leo was amazing as a guide. It was brisk but he had hot water bottles and a blanket so wasn’t so bad.

The guide charged me an extra 30 Euros for driving me around an extra 10 minutes - and that extra time was needed because he was busy chatting with his wife half the time!

You asked to get a longer tour then you booked before to start, 30 min or 1 hour longer, because you wanted to see as much as possible of Berlin. After we finish the tour (2 hours which were booked + 35 minutes you requested)you paid - with a smile! - the extra 30 Euro.
Now after a week you first are officially asking for money back, the first reason is the weather. After it was declined, you were complaining because "the extra time should not have been charged", even if YOU requested it. Now in the review you are saying that I drove you only 10 min longer and I was chatting with my wife (which never happened..) Until now it has been 5 days you are keeping me busy answering your requests with always different reasons.
Remember: people are not working for you for free.

This is a great way to learn about and see a lot of history in a short period of time without having to walk. I had an amazing time with Leo giving myself, my daughter, and granddaughter such an incredible history lesson. Although it was cold, we were able to stay warm with the blanket that Leo provided us. I definitely recommend taking this tour with Leo. We went in the evening and were able to get some really nice photos, but I think I would go in the afternoon if I had it to do all over again.

A very cold day for a 2 hour tour around Berlin but our guide Leo had got it covered he supplied 2 hot water bottles and lovely warm blanket Perfect.
We had a great tour of the city,Leo was fantastic as a driver and guide,my wife has 2 bad knees so seeing the city this way was fantastic,the bike/rickshaw gets you into little places you can't see by car or bus, a brilliant experience overall we were very pleased.

My mother and I had such a wonderful time on our rickshaw tour through Berlin with Leo. Fabulous experience. The guide, Leo, was very knowledgeable and the itinerary is flexible. Warm blanket and hot water bottle provided. This is the best way to see Berlin. The rickshaw can access areas that would only be accessible on foot. Perfect in the snow too!

This experience was so much fun! Our guides were super knowledgeable and shared some really interesting facts with us. We traveled with my 2 children as well and they had a great time. The guides had blankets for us with the cold weather too which was so wonderful. I highly recommend! 10/10 stars!
