Highly recommend! Personnel is easy to find with name clearly readable on large tablets. Representative at airport was friendly and helpful. Vehicles are clean and nice. Driver was very friendly! A wonderful experience!

Would not recommend! Chaotic process and car was not ready when we arrived. The person said he needed to call the driver and we stood around for 40 mins before we ended up taking a readily available taxi.

We were meet y a representatives right after customs. The had our name displayed on an iPad so it was easy to find them. And we promptly got in the vehicle and we were off to our resort. Angelo was a great driver and we talked a lot about the island and things we should not miss. A very enjoyable experience highly recommended.

Our overall experience was good. Our flight was delayed but they informed us that they would be tracking our flight and that the driver would be waiting for us in arrivals. However, they were not there and we had to wait quite a while. With the help of a kind airport worker, he got in contact with the company and they came to pick us up. Returning to the airport at the end of our stay, there were no issues. Our driver coming back was Ziggy. He was wonderful. Both drivers we had were kind, assisted us with our luggage, and shared some valuable information with us about the island. I would recommend this company for airport pick-ups/drop-offs. Thank you so much!

Poor communication & follow through

I bought transfer to take me to the airport from my resort and since I had issues with the company getting the days correct when we originally arrived to take us to the resort, I sent a message through WhatsApp about getting picked up at a certain time since I never received any message from the company to let me know what time they were going to pick me up. In the message I specifically stated where we were to be picked up and taken to the airport, the date and the time I wanted to be picked up. I received a response through WhatsApp confirming the pick up. The site said they were usually there about 15 minutes before the time of pick up and when they weren't there 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I tried to call the company but only got a voicemail so I texted again through WhatsApp asking where my ride was and was told they were on the way. The driver told me that he was on the way to pick up someone else from a different resort and said he was told to pick is up instead since he was close and they would send a different car to pick up the other guest at the other resort. He said that there was no one scheduled to pick us up but luckily he was close. Very poor service.

The whole reason i got a car service in aruba is because they said they will track the flight and be waiting outside when you show up. Got outside no one with and iPad waiting I had to find someone after waiting 10 mins to call somebody. Then someone finally showed up and said the driver is on the way. Waited another 20 minutes and finally just jumped in a taxi. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
