- Pickup is at Reina Beatrix Airport, inside the arrival hall by the red wall under the yellow "Arrival" sign. - A representative will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. - If you booked roundtrip service, the return pickup will be arranged during or after your arrival transfer. - The transfer includes drop-off at any hotel or address in the Oranjestad area. Note: We do not allow cancellations of individual legs of a roundtrip booking — roundtrip is one bundled service. - Additional Options & Fees: - Supermarket stop: Available upon request and subject to availability. A $30 fee (cash only) applies. - Split pickups or drop-offs: If you need to split your pickup time or location between parties, a $30 fee will be charged per adjustment.

Viator’s private transport in Aruba was excellent from start to finish. They were on time for both our arrival and departure flights, which made everything stress-free. Stephanie at Fantasy Tours was amazing! She made coordinating our transportation completely stress-free by arranging two different airport pickup times for our group and organizing our return transportation from the hotel back to the airport. Our flight was delayed by 1 day. The reservation was easy to adjust to our new arrival time. However, when we arrived the representative was not where the reservation indicated they would be and our names were not on their arrival sign. It took some time and assistance from other transportation representatives to find them which created stress and disappointment arriving to a new country for vacation. We then had to make sure we were on the list to be picked up because the sign did not have our names on it, more stress. Other than that the driver was very nice, the SUV was spacious and clean. Our ride to the resort was safe and comfortable.

We had a great experience! We were met at the airport with a sign and immediately taken to the clean, air conditioned private van and offered water. Our driver, Giovanni, was very helpful with recommendations and got us safely to our destination.

There was no one waiting at the entrance in Aruba. Took 15 min for someone to show. Then she took us to van . She took us to 3 spots before we got into the van….
We have taken Viator a few times they we great. This time was really bad.

Our driver, Jerry, was there waiting for us with a smile and friendly welcome. Our flight was delayed so we were worried; but, then we saw him and that they kept up with our flight info. I had messaged as well, just in case. We were able to stop at the grocery store before heading to our air bnb for a small fee. He got us to our stop and shared some island info along the way. He was very helpful and we will be using this company for the return to the airport. Highly recommend and we will always use their services again when we return.

Our roundtrip transfer to our hotel from the airport was absolutely seamless. We arrived a little early and they were already there waiting for us (they hold a sign with your name on it). They go over what time they'll pick you up on your departure day when they drop you off at your hotel which was nice knowing ahead of time. Jerry picked us up from the airport and a lady (I don't remember her name) drove us back. Both were very nice and professional. I highly recommend you use this company for transportation to and from the airport
