Had a great time, the cruise was wonderful but no narration on any history of area or what buildings were, if historic. Also, check in. is a bit chaotic, small waiting area and if weather is bad, not a lot of indoor space. I would still recommend to anyone, it was a great time.

Excellent experience! The Captain and his crew did an excellent job with great wine, bread and multiple cheeses to experience. The music and comedy provided by the Captain way very entertaining and fun. I would definitely recommend this cruise

Beautiful at night, meeting point is right outside of central station! Cheese was good! Wine choice was limited but drinkable staff was friendly.

Shared a table with a couple from the US. Lovely way to get ro know strangers over lovely bread and cheese and what seemed to be bottomless wine glasses. Constantly being refilled, got to see the sights and have great fun. Would highly recommend!

We were somewhat disappointed in the food portion of the evening. There were 4 of us and in addition to 4 pieces of cheese of each of 4 types of cheese, there were 3 grapes (not bunches - 3 grapes!) and 1 small roll each. Wine was good and ample. It was difficult to see sights because it was dark, and very little narration by driver/guide - mostly very loud 60's-70's rock & roll. We would recommend a daytime canal cruise.

Disappointed that the unlimited wine & cheese wasn't unlimited. 1 small tray of cheese and 1 glass of wine. Had to find the staff to ask for a refill and no more cheese was available.
This would have been OK if it had said that in the title and not implied you could have more.

Great experience with plenty of wine flowing. Unfortunately we had to share a table with another couple which meant we didn't get window seats so was hard to see the sights outside. Other than this lovely experience.

For the expense it was ok
The cruise was okay
Captain was good and was Very professional
The only area that needs improvement is the waitress staff, they were more interested in chatting at the back of the boat rather than servicing the customers and filling up to empty wine glasses, if that was undertaken it would make the rating higher.

The cruise is mostly focussed on the wine and not on learning much about Amsterdam. The cheese plate was nice (one for every two people) but it's assigned seating so you can't choose where you sit or who you sit with.

This was a great evening. Our wait staff, Bo was attentive, professional and fun! The cheeses were tasty; the wine selection decent and free flowing 😆. Our boat had a short electrical issue which just meant we got to spend more time with Bo and have a couple more drinks, so all good. Comfortable, classy way to see some of beautiful Amsterdam.

This cruise was exactly what we were looking for. The weather in mid April was windy and chilly (~10 C), but luckily the boat was warm and wine and cheese were good. It was easy to find the boat. The cruise was not fully booked so we got a table of our own like most of the other couples as well.

The only suggestion I have is to tell people that they have their own table with no one else. We got there early thinking we would need to fight our way to get a window seat.

The food and wine on the tour was great, although the servers were a little disorganized. There was also no beer served, which I thought was going to be included. Not everyone had cheese on their table and some of my friends had to ask for it, and the servers said they didn't have any more which was poor planning on their part, but they found a plate on a table that didn't have any customers. There wasn't enough for everyone. It was a really pretty tour and the boat was really warm. It was a little chaotic getting on the boat and it was really hard to hear the man doing the narration. But, had everything gone as planned, it was well worth the money for the amount of wine and cheese and just the experience of seeing Amsterdam by night on the canal.

This is a nice ride through the canals. There is little narrative but a lot to see. I would have enjoyed hearing about the local cheese selections and the wines. They were generous with the wine pours.

We had 8 people in our group, and they were not prepared for us! Much confusion (a real cluster f**k) in boarding and ended up at separate tables. Other than that, servers were friendly, accommodating, and fun. We had various and unlimited wine tastings, and the food was tasty and pleasingly presented on cloth-covered tables. The canal ride itself was lovely. This was our second aviator tour on this trip, and the other one also had our reservations incorrect. Better training needed at booking level. Or is this company made up of scammers? (The organizers and tour guide on the other trip were rude, disorganized, and disinterested in solving the reservation problem.) I may or may not give Viator another chance.
