See a lot while having good, safe fun!

This is a super easy and safe ride even for those who are not cycling experts. Rita, our guide, took us on an interesting tour through back streets as well as sailing along grand boulevards. She always made sure intersections were safe for all to cross. Breakfast was a pure delight and since we were an adventurous crew, Rita introduced us a snack of pig blood cake. It’s far tastier than it sounds. In addition to being a great biking guiide, Rita is smart and has a delightful sense of humor. Don’t miss this excursion.

Excellent tour with great food at Shilin night market!

Charlotte was a wonderful guide, she took us around the Shilin night market and we had all the food we’d been interested in trying (even stinky tofu which was way better than expected!). My guide, Ivy was so much fun. She met me at our meeting spot right on time and we hit it off right away. Ivy showed me so many great food and drink options in the Night Market. We also tried out the games, bought lotto tickets and used the claw machines for prizes. I had so much fun! I traveled solo and the tour was just the two of us. Her English was fantastic and I learned a few phrases in Mandarin. I would definitely recommend this tour with Ivy.

Garen is the best!

Garen was absolutely amazing! As was her personality!! I can't wait to come back and have her as a tour guide again. The tour lasted about 3 hours and was filled with delicious foods and stories/history of Taiwan. I mentioned how much I enjoyed mochi and she made sure to get me some fresh mochi =]. She helped my mother with using chopsticks and was just a really sweet and kind person.

A great tour around...

A great tour around Taiwan. Everything was really well organised from pick up on day 1 till drop off on day 5. The stops along the route were varied and interesting. Only hike of any note was to the pagoda but that wasn’t too bad. The guide Alan was great. He explained very clearly everything we needed to know along the way. The driver was well experienced and drove faultlessly throughout the week. The tour was a great price as all hotels were 5 star. I was a bit apprehensive about a tour size of 36, but it was never an issue. Highly recommended.

Great Walking Day Tour of Yangmingshan National Park

Wonderful and relaxing day touring Yangmingshan National Park. Our delightful guide from Edison Tours was terrific. He had excellent English and knew a great deal about the park. He follows the itinerary perfectly, kept us all on track, and knew when to talk and guide then give us free time. He provided excellent, clear directions and descriptions for all out stops and even helped take some great photos for us. I probably would not have had a chance to visit the park on my own during my stay in Yaiwan, so taking this trip proved to be a pleasure and long, busy, but highly enjoyable day. We even made a stop at the "greenhouse" at the park for a very traditional Chinese lunch and it was not only a wonderful cultural experience, but the garlic and chicken soup I ordered was delicious and perfect for the day. Edison Tours, incidentally, was extremely efficient and clear with their communications and meeting directions. Super cheerful, friendly, helpful.

We had an incredible half-day tour with Tai-Yun exploring the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, 228 Memorial Park, and the surrounding historic sites. Her passion for Taiwan was infectious, and she brought every story to life with energy and impressive knowledge, patiently answering our million questions along the way. We were especially touched by how attentive she was to our family’s needs; she was thoughtful with my older parents, ensuring they had plenty of time to rest, and she never rushed us while we were taking photos. Her English is flawless, but more importantly, her warm personality made it feel like we were exploring the city with a close friend. The recommendations for other sites to see and places to eat were especially appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Taipei!

Our tour guide Alex was great, friendly, spoke excellent English and looked after us through the day. We got to the yehliu geopark before the crowds too which was awesome so managed to get some pics of the queen's head before the hordes arrived Would love to spend more time in each of the locations but that will have to wait for our next trip, this was still a great day trip to the north of Taipei

What an INCREDIBLE experience in Taipei. I have taken cooking classes all over the world and this is hands down the absolute best I have ever experienced. Thorough, professional, informative, and FUN. I actually feel confident that I can make bao at home now, too! The personalized cook book at the end was a real treat. All in all, just an awesome experience!
