Great experience

Really friendly and professional. Our driver monitored our flight arrival time and was there waiting for us in arrivals even though our flight ended up arriving an hour early. It was great not to have to wait around until the booked time after a 14 hour flight. He helped with our bags and the gave us useful information on the drive from the airport. Just Do it . Unmatched experience

This was the most brilliant day trip ever. Luxury travel and guided tour seeing the most incredible sights all in one day. Still processing the things we saw and experienced. Huge day as everyone states but so worth your time and cost. Border paperwork all done and seamless crossing. We are very grateful to have had Dashan as our guide who gave so much insight and information on Malaysian history and culture. Our driver was very skilled navigating the chaos of KL including crowded festivals and safe driving on the freeways. No way could i do the 18 hours of driving he did. At 5am you feel like you are being wisked away into the night straight through the border to collect your guide. Trust the process it is truly well organised. Stops all quick but time given to meet up and on your way again. Breakfast and Lunch/ Dinner was excellent and fun. Thanks to Dashan and Driver for a brilliant day i will never forget.

William was our tour guide and he did a great job. He was very informative, kept us to schedule and recommended best spots to view the Garden by the bay (Night Garden Rhapsody) and Marina Bay Sands water show. The Night Garden Rhapsody was stunning and my absolute favourite on the day. However everything else on the tour was also worthwhile.

Well I don’t really write reviews but in this case must say that our Guide, Ray, was the best tour Guide we have experienced over our many travels through the years. His knowledge of the area and points of interest were freely imparted with humour and care. We had identified some things we wanted to experience on our short 2 day layover and Ray lead us through the day with aplomb ending with a river cruise and laser light show in the bay. If you are lucky enough to have Ray as you guide, you will be guaranteed to get the best on offer. Ray is at the top of his game and a true gentleman.

Relaxing evening cruise and light shows

3 experiences. 40 min boat ride on the river, then bus to the Garden by the Bay Tree light/ sound show and then bus to th light water show on the Marina Sands Bay. Tang our guide was very friendly, always making sure he had everyone and gave us some history about the area we were in (except the river cruise there was a video presentationon board). He was very clear on where we had to meet after each of the activities. It was relaxing and it was lovely not having to get yourself to these events. Would recommend.

Great day out in Singapore!

Thomas was an incredible driver who truly made our city tour unforgettable! We shared our must-see list, and he perfectly optimized the itinerary to beat the crowds and maximize our time. When we ran into a currency issue at lunchtime, Thomas generously stepped in and bought us lunch. His air-conditioned car was also a clean, cool sanctuary on a hot, humid day. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

The ticked was extremely hard to redeem, ready to redeem was only a puff letter stating not a ticket, did not show any way to get a barcode to use, stood in line at window I figure they know, she tried everything ended up requesting help on viator, 30 minutes later they sent the the photo page with barcode. Total loss of time 1hr as we were on limited time with our cruise ship

Jess, our guide was great telling us humorous stories of life in Singapore plus a bit of history and background added in too. Enjoyed each part of the tour with bus pick ups after each stop a bonus, then finishing at Lau Pa Sat for a late sate dinner. Pick up from hotel at start of the tour was convenient and worth it if starting point not nearby.
