This was an extremely well organized cooking experience. The 2 women who showed us how to prepare the dishes (and the granny in the kitchen cleaning up) clearly love their job and were very gracious and helpful. I’m actually a public health physician and the hand washing and food prep were carefully done so I felt very safe eating the food. Great experience especially for couples or families working together to make food. Highly recommend.

Such a fun way to learn Singapore authentic cooking and new friends. Highly recommended even if you don’t like to cook. My friend doesn’t like cooking and she loved this
Jenn was a fantastic teacher! Not only did we learn to cook some delicious dishes, we also learned about other local specialties. Very hands on, great experience!
Jenn was very knowledgeable and provided information on Singapore history, culture, food and education. We appreciated her cooking techniques and advice on spices. We made Biryani, Masala chicken, Raita, and rice. Food Playground is clean, bright, and welcoming. We highly recommend this amazing experience! We appreciated Jenn’s patience, expertise and welcoming nature.
Absolutely incredible experience. When in Singapore I highly recommend. Jenn was wonderful - engaging, interesting and made this such a wonderful morning. The food was absolutely amazing once we sat down to eat it. 5*
Cool hands on cooking class with background information on all the food that you prepare. The staff were local women and very knowledgeable.
It was an amazing experience. Cindy was very good in her cooking instructions. Food came out very tasty. I am going to cook these dishes more often.
It was a fun morning. Probably check to see what’s being cooked in the day
Overall it was a fun morning and I would recommend it to anyone

Otherwise if there is anything we can do to improve, feel free to reach to me by email. Thank you!
It is very hands on! Hera was a great instructor and a lot of fun! Met lots of nice an$ interesting people!
Very hands on, informative, and fun. We had a lot of food and it was very tasty 😋 We even got emails of the recipes for things we cooked and pictures when class was over 😄
Amazing experience lead by an amazing chef (Jenn). The most memorable thing we have yet to do while in Singapore.
Fantastic experience and food with an unexpected history lesson about Singapore and Chinatown. Would recommend to anyone coming to Singapore.
Very well run class - we loved our dishes and will definitely cook them at home - Jenn was really informative about local food as well and gave suggestions to try - highly recommended
Y. Y. was our teacher and she was absolutely WONDERFUL. The time flew by because she made the experience so fun! The food was absolutely delicious.
y. y. was an excellent instructor and presented a fun cooking experience. The Nasi Biryani was something my partner had not tasted before and loved it. As we are now using Singapore as our stop over destination we will be defiantly going back to experience other dishes.

A nice way to spend a morning in Singapore. Well organized excellent facility. Good recipes- a great lunch!
Jenn our instructor was informative with many good cooking tips. She was very helpful and friendly, and exceeded our expectations. The food we made was delicious! Just waiting on our group pictures she took and the recipes!
One of the best cooking classes we have done while travelling to various countries. Very hands on well organised and Hera & Helen our teachers so helpful and friendly making everyone feel at home.
Enjoyed learning about the history and cultural differences for certain dishes.
Cooking was made easy
My son and I signed up for the class because my son loves to cook. Mary was our instructor and she was very knowledgeable. The kitchen/facility was excellent. We enjoyed the fun food quiz at the beginning and learned a lot throughout the class. At the end of the class, we ate the food (Ondeh Ondeh, curry chicken, and roti jala) that we made (it was a lot) and it was delicious! If we had had an extra day in Singapore, we would've taken another class with Mary.
We now make the curry chicken at home and everyone enjoys it. Looking forward to next trying to replicate the Ondeh Ondeh at home.
Wonderful introduction to Singaporean culture through food and history. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking at tasty food.
Great fun learning to cook a few delicacies from Singapore. Nur was knowledgeable, fun & informative. Highly recommend
I go to cooking classes where ever I travel. I am so impressed with my experience with YY and Kiat, not only learning to cook a menu of local dishes, but to also learn the culture of these dishes. They were personable and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend this experience!
Great experience to meet fellow travelers and learn to make Singaporian food. The staff was very nice and provided education as well as instructions
It was an informative and fun, we were helped to make a delicious meal . We were given lots of other tips about Singapore
This cooking class was a lot of fun. We made a lot of great foods. The only thing was our teacher talked a little bit too much about her personal life for a really long time and didn’t get to cooking right away. That would be my only gripe.
This class was good, but it needs a few tweaks to make it great. Less time at the beginning discussing dishes that the class is NOT making, and more time transitioning between various prep activities would help.
My husband and I love taking cooking classes whenever we visit a new place. This class was a lot of fun and we enjoyed meeting some very interesting fellow travellers. Sara, our teacher, gave very clear and easy to follow instructions. We cannot wait to make our new Singaporean favourites for our friends and family back home.
The presenter was friendly and delivered a top experience. Cooked some good food. They take a lot a pictures for you and share the recipes.
Monica was so lovely and helpful throughout the cooking lesson. We learnt about the culture of Singapore food and got to prepare three tasty dishes. It was a great experience and we would do it again next time we are in Singapore.
