Perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon! We booked this experience last minute, and to be honest, so glad we did not miss this!
We had so much fun with the chefs, learning to make different pasta and of course, delicious pizza.
Everything turned out delicious !

Would recommend and do again!!
If you’re visiting Sicily, book this pasta-making class with Mauricio! He gave us so much more than a cooking lesson. We learned to make three different types of pasta and tiramisu, and he kept us laughing with a smile on our faces the entire time.
Mauricio’s warmth, humor, and enthusiasm made the whole experience feel like cooking with a friend. He made learning fun, and we loved every minute of it. We left with full stomachs, new skills, and such happy memories. We would book this again in a heartbeat. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Chef Massimo is amazing.
Chef Massimo is incredible. The visits to the market and butcher shop were very informative. He explained and helped with every part of the food preparation and answered every question. He's extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The food and wine were amazing. This was our 2nd time with his class and will definitely go again! Highly recommend.

Cooking in Sicily
We received such good instructions from Luca, the chef. He made it easy to follow directions when making the pasta. We also made sword fish crumpets, eggplant parm, which was delicious, and another kind of baked fish that was similar to sea bass, oh and of course all the red and white wine we could drink. We met 3 other couples from different areas of the world who were very nice and entertaining. I highly recommend this cooking class! You won’t be disappointed.

Our guide, Gisella, was amazing. She was clearly in love with her work and her enthusiasm made the tour so much more fun. She shared stories that brought the area to life and the food we experienced was amazing. Gisella's relationships with the proprietors seemed genuine and real - not just a business relationship. We got so much more out of this tour than we expected. Thank you!

Cooking class
Wonderful Palermo pizza and gelato class! Sprena was charming, knowledgeable, and made our evening unforgettable. Her passion for her craft comes from the heart! Upon our arrival back home we purchased all the ingredients from a recipe she provided for another Taste of Sicily at home with the family.

Wonderful Cooking Class
The whole experience was wonderful. A mother and son conducted the class at a family owned restaurant. We learned and made our own pizzas and cannolis. They shared with us their family recipes. They also gave us bruschetta, unlimited white wine, and at the end Limoncello. They also picked us up and dropped us off at a very convenient spot in Taormina. This was a great experience.

A Delicious and Memorable Taste of Sicily
What a wonderful food tour! Alfredo was an entertaining, knowledgeable, and personable guide who shared fascinating stories about Sicily’s history and culture throughout the experience. Our tour included just one other couple, which made it feel relaxed and personal. We enjoyed so much delicious food and wine and had a fantastic time from start to finish. A wonderful way to experience Sicily and definitely a highlight of our trip!

Perfect introduction to cooking Italian food and fun activity in Palermo
This was such a great experience. Our chef/instructor took us through the nearby market, and then we made a few delicious dishes. He was a great leader, and we all had a lot of fun making pasta, arancini and cannoli. Don't expect to prepare everything from scratch--Italian cuisine takes a lot of time to prepare, so we got a head start with many things (e.g. the pasta dough was prepared in advance, as was the ragout for the arancini and the filling for the cannoli), so you're only doing a few steps in the process. That was fine for us, but it was a little different from some of the other cooking classes I've taken in other countries. The facility is air conditioned, which was very appreciated on a hot Sicilian summer day.

Come hungry!
Come hungry! Amazing experience preparing 4 different dishes! Amazing value with plenty of wine and food we were able to take home more pasta to enjoy the next day for lunch. We made 7+ different kinds of pasta! Chef Mamma and Vittorio were very supportive.

Book this tour or don’t come to Palermo
We had the mayor of Palermo as our guide. Sorry I mean Barbara. All I can say is wow. Barbara not only knows every vendor and all of the hidden gems of the city but knows the history of the neighborhoods. It wasn’t the boring tour you see other folks on, she makes it fun and you could honestly spend the whole day with her walking around and meeting her friends. If you going to do a tour in Palermo, this is the one.
