Amazing tour

Wow, wow, wow. What an amazing tour with Harijs. He claimed to provide the best tour in Riga and he could be right. We went as a family of five with children aged 14-21 and he kept everyone engaged for what ended up being a 5 hour plus tour with a short break in the middle. The tour was full of detail, information, funny anecdotes and real engagement - and took us through the old city and the new art nouveau district. His background in teaching and guiding tours really helped in bringing his content to life. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking the tour.

Informative tour of the old town.

The guide, Imara, was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of information about the history, language and sites of Riga. As we were the only people on this particular tour she geared the walk to our pace and interests. Many sites in the old town were covered with interesting stories. Imara also suggested a concert in the cathedral which was excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

We started with the Hill...

We started with the Hill of Crosses and on the way a short stop for toilet and snacks. Then on to the palace with time for lunch at one of the palace restaurants (choice of 2). Then a short stop at the castle. Our driver was kind, smooth, and welcoming. Our guide Tomass was knowledgeable, informative, and very easy to speak with. He made a point to speak with each person on the tour and made sure we all got to see what we wanted. Highly recommended day trip!

Great way to get a basic...

Great way to get an understanding of Latvian food and to learn about the historical and current importance of the Riga Central Market. The size and scale of the market are unique and it should be a must see while in Riga. My tour with Baiba was a great learning and tasting experience. She’s a fantastic tour guide and extremely knowledgeable about Latvian food and culture. I highly recommend doing this tour.

Excellent shooting experience

We had a fantastic experience at the gun range with Janis. There was some initial confusion about how to get to the location, but Janis was incredibly helpful and kindly came to pick us up, which we really appreciated and immediately put us at ease. From start to finish, the experience was well organised, safe, and very enjoyable. Janis was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained, especially for those with little or no previous experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, and the whole session was exciting and memorable. Thank you to Janis for going above and beyond to make sure we had such a great experience. We would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for something different and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our walking tour in Riga! Our guide made the Old Town feel magical, full of stories, charm, and little hidden details we never would have discovered on our own. From the beautiful Town Hall Square to the stunning churches and cozy streets, every stop felt special because of the way she brought the history to life. We especially loved hearing the unbelievable story about St. Peter’s Church and learning why the flowers in Livu Square are always blue — those little details made the tour feel so personal and memorable. And of course, the adorable Cat House was one of our favorite moments! Finding the famous cat and hearing the funny story behind it made us smile the entire day. It’s those charming touches that made this tour stand out so much. Our guide was warm, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate about Riga. She also gave wonderful local tips at the end of the tour that made the rest of our stay even better. Thank you for such a lovely experience and for making us fall in love with Riga. We will remember this tour very fondly!

This was a great introduction to Latvia food and the large central market. Sorry, I think the tour guide name was Ina? She was great, told us a lot of great info about various Latvian things. Her pace is a little on the quicker side which I appreciated. Starting the tour with balsam tastings was pretty cool.

As a private pilot I can warranty that this is a unique experience. The pilot was very knowledgeable and from the beginning he inspir d trust and confidence. The flight was awesome and the view of the beautiful Riga was outstanding. Video of the whole flight was provided and they were kind enough to offer me a ride back to my hotel. Enjoyable and Informative Hike in Sigulda area

A fantastic day out with the experienced Lauris in this beautiful National Park area. We did about 12 kilometres with only about 200 metres of elevation, so it was not too difficult. There was even a short stop where we could buy some light lunch and a drink if needed. Lauris explained not only about the trails we were on, but also a bit more about Latvia's history and culture, so it was very informative as well as an enjoyable walk in lovely scenery. Riga town is attractive, but it is nice to see some countryside and get a bit more perspective of a country covered more than half by forests.

Castles and Palaces galore

Amazing trip from start to finish. Our guide/driver Andis touched base with us the day before, confirming pick up. He turned up bang on time and ensured we were comfortable before setting off on an amazing day. Throughout the day Andis took account of my sister's mobility issues, parking as close as possible for drop offs and coming back to collect us. Clear instructions throughout, but no pressure. For lunch Andis suggested a fantastic restaurant which coul not be faulted. A knowledgeable and helpful guide, would happily use his services again in future.
