It was such a great time! From the time we were picked up to the being dropped off, we had a wonderful experience! Airam was very attentive and great at teaching the culture of Puerto Rico along with the rain forest plants. He made us feel comfortable in knowing what we were getting into and how to be safe. There was nothing about this experience that felt unsafe. He knows the caves and river so well and it’s obvious he loves to share this info and experience with his guests. Our tour guide, Eliu was amazing! He was attentive, patient, and incredibly thoughtful with our group, which included people with varying comfort levels and physical abilities. He did an excellent job explaining what to expect before each activity, allowing everyone to make informed decisions about their level of participation without ever feeling pressured. The adventure included cliff jumping, navigating slippery rocks and steep climbs, and sliding down a beautiful natural waterslide into the water. It was so much fun! While the activities weren’t necessarily physically exhausting, some areas required extra caution, and he was exceptional at knowing exactly where to position himself to help us safely navigate the more challenging sections. What really set him apart was how much he cared about making the experience fun and memorable for everyone. He took amazing pictures and videos throughout the adventure and even carried our phones to keep them safe along the way, so we could truly enjoy the moment without worrying about our belongings. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking to have some fun and adventure!

This was the best tour we did while in Puerto Rico. Our tour guide, Brian, picked us up from our AirBnb in San Juan drove us to a less-traveled to part of El Yunque. The hike was moderately challenging, but my 87 year old father was able to do it. Brian was amazing! His knowledge of the rainforest ecosystem was impressive and his thoughtfulness toward my Dad throughout the day was endearing. Our hike took us to a waterfall pool of the Fajardo river, where a few of us stayed while others continued the journey up to the natural waterslide. This was an experience we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Truly unique in its beauty and experiences. I can’t recommend this tour enough, and you MUST request Brian as your guide!
