All gear is included—guided tour, bikes, neck gaiter, and backpack for your personal items and water. Participants must be in relatively good health to control the bike on a dirt path and take a short hike.

I offer yoga classes outdoors at some of the most popular desintations! Each location offers amazing views, trails nearby, and restaurants to fuel up after class. Class time(s) range from 6am-7pm. If you're looking for a sunrise or sunset hike, I have you covered! Yoga mats will be provided, and class can accommodate 1-20 students.
