Great and informative...
Great and informative walking tour. Our guide Alessandro knew everything and was able to both answer all questions and also give some great recommendations as it was our first day in the city. Felt like we knew the place without a map by the end of the tour!

Fabulous
Greatly enjoyed this tour of Palermo and taste of Sicily. Tasty street food - four fried foods, foccacia and either cannoli or gelato at the end. Enjoyed some coke to wash it down. Saw Palermo life and some of the best sights. Easy to get to from cruise pier. Easy, breezy introduction to Palermo culture and common man cuisine. Anna is a fantastic, engaging tour guide.

Excellent tour guide
Allessendra was a great tour guide. She was very entertaining and extremely knowledgable about the food and history of Palermo. We had 6 stops of street food and gelato for dessert. It was great experience I would highly recommend this tour and Alessandra as your guide

Street food walking tour
Alessandro was the best tour guide I’ve ever had. He made the tour both engaging and informative, and the three hours flew by without a single dull moment. He was attentive, and clearly very competent at what he does. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide, you’re in for a great experience!

Book this tour or don’t come to Palermo
We had the mayor of Palermo as our guide. Sorry I mean Barbara. All I can say is wow. Barbara not only knows every vendor and all of the hidden gems of the city but knows the history of the neighborhoods. It wasn’t the boring tour you see other folks on, she makes it fun and you could honestly spend the whole day with her walking around and meeting her friends. If you going to do a tour in Palermo, this is the one.

A Palermo MUST do!
This class was so amazing that we went twice in two weeks. Michael is awesome - he will explain the logic of buying specific products or from specific stalls in the market, and then clue you in to specific cultural cooking strategies while you make a 3 course meal. Wine is flowing at the end and the groups are always a great time. The menu is always changing, and based on whatever is fresh and seasonal in the markets. This is a must do if you’re visiting Palermo - and potentially a must do twice :)

Pasta perfection in Palermo
My daughter and I had the best time. It was just the two of us and it was perfect.
I loved the fact that it was in their home.
The young woman and her fiancée were amazing.
We had them dine with us when we enjoyed the fruits of our labor.
We weren’t to far from the cruise ship and were able to explore prior to the class.
I would highly recommend the Lunch at 10:00 with Cesarine Cooking Class w/ Agata

This is a tour that...
This is a tour that should not be missed by visitors to Palermo. Our guide was very interesting and informative. Learning about the Mafia, its practices and its far reaching effects on the everyday lives of the community was both enlightening and frightening.
The work and struggle of Addiopizzo to change this is impressive.
We wish them well and thank our guide for an excellent tour

Equal parts history and...
Equal parts history and food, which made this the perfect tour for us. Our guide, Dominic, was outstanding. He was informative and entertaining, helped us to understand the impact of the various invaders on the city of Palermo and took us to one off the beaten path place-the city Archive-which was one of the tour highlights. The market was fun and we sampled all the city's famous street food.

I now have much more of...
I now have much more of an understanding and heart for Palermo. This tour was very interesting and moved along well. The complementary freshly made cannolis near the end was special treat! We came from the port and were taken advantage of by the “taxi”. Be careful!

In the heart of Catania
Very nice tour in the hearth of Palermo, with facts about the city and the monasteries in the center. Vi visited couple of churches and a monaster, a busy street market and the house with the palm tree. The guide explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Great tour and perfect tastings!
We enjoyed this food tour better than the one we did in Naples. The food was spot on, the wine and beer really good and our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the city in a short time. We had our mom with a wheelchair and it was totally fine - streets & sidewalks were accessible (mostly).
