Incredible full day tour with Yuhey
Our full day tour with Yuhey was truly amazing. He picked us up in his comfortable, clean car and whisked us away to every spot we wanted to see and more. Yuhey was fluent in English and it was a pleasure to get to know him throughout the day. He knew the best places to park that were close to the major sights. Yuhey took us to two great food experiences that had only locals there. We saw more in one day than we would have seen in 3 days on our own. The day with Yuhey was the highlight of our trip and I couldn’t recommend him more. We will certainly book him again if we go back to Japan.

Amazing Tour
This is a perfect way to highlight areas of Osaka for your visit. Diego did an amazing job showing us and had lots of great information on the history of Osaka as we toured. It was our first day in Osaka and this was hands down the best way to learn the area so we know where we want to spend additional time. We cannot say enough great things about this tour and Diego!

Osaka highs
This tour was perfect. We covered history and current aspects of Osaka castle , the shogun, ruling dynasties and their influences on Osaka and Japan. Along with this we saw the shrines, markets, local culture, pop culture and its influence in Japan, along with many popular neighborhoods( Dotonbori,Namba, Osaka). Our guide , Ferdinand was courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The time flew by!

Brilliant tour guide
Our tour guide Masa was incredible, she really made the 4 hours we had interesting and fun. The best tour guide we have had during our 3 weeks in Japan. The tour itself is only 4 hours, we managed to only see two out of the other choices, the Skyline was fantastic. If you have time book a longer tour. Mada spent extra time helping us at the station, very grateful

Super experience!
The evening we spent with Yayo and her friend Kimi (?) was delightful! It was great to be inside a Japanese home learning to prepare real Japanese foods. The class size of 5 was just right, the foods were varied and delicious, and the take away and gifts were beautifully personal and thoughtful! Most grateful!

Amazing food tour!
This was a highlight of our trip! We were so happy to be introduced to the areas of Temma and Kyobashi. Loved the vibe and the food. Tommy was our guide and he put together an amazing selection of locations with excellent atmosphere and food. The walk in between was part of the fun, we had great conversation and learned a bit about the customs and culture of the area. Recommended for sure.

Great experience
Great Service and appreciate the patience while we finalized the check-out process at our hotel. Driver arrived ~10 minutes early for our 2pm pick up. Checking out at the hotel, took longer than expected but driver was patient and accommodated us. Van (Nissan) was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 4 people with 9 total bags. Highly recommended!

Excellent biking tour...
Excellent biking tour through Osaka. The bikes were easy to use and they had multiple sizes available as well as helmets. Osaka is mostly flat so the ride was easy also. All the food was delicious and we received lots of recommendations from our guide Mako for other restaurants to eat at.

Wonderful Kyoto tour
The tour covers all the major attractions in Kyoto and if like us if you get Kenjisan as your guide you would get to see a little more. The time given for each attraction was a bit less but we managed. Elderly tourist might struggle to keep up a bit though but Kenjisan was very considerate and even looked for places where we could rest. Kenjisan also took wonderful photos of us everywhere.

Mt. Koya day trip
Our tour with Naka was flawless from the start when he met us at the hotel and guided us through the several modes of transport to reach Koyasan. The sheer beauty of the site was enhanced by Naka’s deep knowledge of its history and cultural significance. In addition to the highlights, Naka pointed out many small details that we would have completely missed had we done this on our own. This was a truly memorable experience.

Big Day Out - Great Overview if only in Osaka for a short time
Firstly, make sure you are ready for a big day - approx 14hrs. I found the communication from the operator excellent prior to our departure, where to meet and remember, they run on a tight time schedule and you cannot be late. Trains in Japan run exactly on-time, so there is no room for a minute or two being late. We were greeted by our guide at the meeting point who then accompanied us to the next station to our connection for the bullet train - what a great experience. At the end destination from the train, we were greeted by our guide for the day and stepped on our bus for an hour drive to the ferry to Miyajima, which we were advised to go to right side for the best view (along with everyone else !!) From the ferry we followed our guide, we made our way to the Itsukushima Shrine with many stops in-between and then left to wander around by ourselves for approx 1.5hrs to enjoy this amazing place and see Deer who were a bit persistent. A place we'd love to go back and spend some more time. Again, remember this tour is on a time limit and being late is not an option. Next stop was Hiroshima Peace Memorial; felt we were a little rushed but there is so much to see and absorb - the museum was so busy and crowded we probably didn't fully appreciate the whole experience and have put on the list for next time to spend more time. Overall, the tour was a great overview and would recommend if you have a short time in the area and trying to experience as much as you can. Tip: we were lucky there was only 15 on our tour and not sure whether we would of enjoyed if we had a full tour group, not against the guide, it is more keeping that many people together and hearing what is being said. Overall - enjoyable and recommend.

Even before we began our...
Even before we began our tour we knew it would be an amazing tour.
Our tour guide was in contact with us shortly after our booking to prepare an itinerary designed to our taste. Sachiko our tour guide was waiting for us as we disembarked our ship. She was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and the culture and history of Japan. She is an excellent photographer and knows all the best photo sites. We stopped for lunch and she chose a restaraunt that was perfect for us. Some of the best teriyaki we tasted in Japan.
Our itinerary was varied with tall buildings with breathtaking vistas and architecture to temples and last but not least Dontonbori.
Dontonbori is very crowded and can be intimidating but Sachiko seamlessly walked amongst the crowds pointing out the amazing sites and took some fabulous photos. We would have never attempted this on our own. It is obvious Sachiko has a strong love for her country and that she loves sharing her knowledge.
She went above and beyond to make sure we had a special memorable day. Thank you Sachiko. R & R
