Great day trip

This was a fantastic way to get in as many stops as possible in one day. Alberto was our guide, he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and the rich culture. The bus wasnt crowded, we were given water along the way. The food court had multiple options for lunch. Carlos was our driver, we was great at navigating the traffic and getting us to/from our stops. Highly recommend.

Stephanie was our tour...

Stephanie was our tour guide and she was amazing. My husband and I were the only ones to book for that time and, instead of cancelling it or having us rebook for a different time with more people, she ran the whole tour with just the two of us. It let us get started a little earlier so we could make earlier dinner plans with friends and we got to spend as much time as we wanted at each location. I always book through Viator for tours because of things like this. The customer service is top-notch, the guides are always personable and knowledgeable, and we always have an amazing time. Started on time. Beautiful views of the city and skyline. Michael was charismatic, sang for us, interacted with us and was very knowledgeable about NYC and the bus ride was smooth. Definitely take the 8 p.m. tour or later to experience the beautiful lights.

Our tour guide Jett was terrific. The ferry ride and the Statue of Liberty experiences were wonderful. Seeing Ellis Island was worth the trip, the views were phenomenal. It was disappointing that there was work being done, so there were limited things to see and do in the main building.

Immersive Niagara Falls

Great way to see Niagara Falls! We went from the water, to the air, to behind the falls on the ground to a lovely lunch at Skylon tower. Our guide, Heidi was very friendly and always looking forward to make the trip as comfortable as possible for us. The true test of a company is when something is wrong and this company handled it very well. We arrived in Niagara before Hornblower cruises started their season of cruising, and we were notified by the company with an alternative. Once we were here, the boating company on the American side had started so they quickly switched us to that tour. We were here at a perfect time with sunshine and very few crowds. We were seamlessly moved from one activity to the next and dropped right front of each site. I highly recommend this tour and Heidi our guide.

Amazing Tour!

The tour was incredible! We had Joe for our tour guide and he knew how to keep you engaged. I’m not a super big history person and I felt it was great. The tour was 9 am to 1 pm but after 1 you have time to explore Ellis island on your own. We spent an hour doing this so keep that in mind when planning your booking!

Such a fun and informative tour! Our tour guide Jorge and driver Rafael were excellent - we learned a lot of history and fun facts and Jorge had a great sense of humour too. This is our third time in NYC - it was amazing to experience the ‘real’ New York and see the places tourists don’t normally go to.

Kevin rocks!

Kevin was the best! Very informative, engaging, personable with a great sense of humor. I’ve been on tours where the host was robotic and sounded like he/she was reading from a canned script. Kevin was the exact opposite. A warehouse of knowledge but down-to-earth guy who mixed in personal experiences along with local and historical facts and information. Couldn’t have been any better. The six hour tour flew by. I felt like I was on the bus tour with an old friend. Thank you Kevin!

This is an amazing 2 and...

This is an amazing 2 and a half hours spent in NYC. It is a great escape from the hustle and bustle and a inexpensive way to relax and enjoy all the beautiful scenery New York City has to offer. I live in Pennsylvania and would do this day trip anytime I am in the city. Thanks for a great time!! Highly recommended!

The Beast is the Best

This is the third time we've gone on the Beast and once again, it did not disappoint. The ride goes by very quickly but it's so much fun and the memories made are worth every penny. Staff is great and cheerful, they make every second enjoyable, even getting soaked with a water gun is pleasant. We love it and will definitely be back.
