Worthwhile NYC experience
Amazing tour! It was emotional but I learned some new information and my tour guide Alice was brilliant by her humor, sensitivity, and knowledge! Alice made the experience worth it! I highly suggest if you have the time and income, to do this activity while in NYC. It's a must experience. Tip your tour guides!!

Russell was very...
Russell was very knowledgeable, but, the tickets to the observatory were timed. Russell informed us that the times were not relevant, but they were. Our tickets failed because they were set for noon, we arrived at 255. Had to go back in line with everyone else and get new tickets. Didn’t have to pay for them, but it was still a pain to wait in a long line for no reason.

Truly amazing experience
Amazing day at the One World Trade Centre and awesome views from the 100th floor of the city of New York. The traveller’s definitely need to book this experience.

Sobering and fascinating...
Sobering and fascinating and emotional and informative. Great guide Sean who was nearby on his bicycle and survived. Grounds are beautiful. Museum is very very well presented. Views from top of freedom tower were outstanding. One of the best tours we have ever taken, anywhere. Worth the 4.5 hours we allotted and could've spent more time in all 3 zones.

A wonderful experience......one of the best ever.
The One World Observatory is amazing. The experience is not easy to describe to someone - as it's so unique. When the doors open at the top - it is absolutely breathtaking....it just shocks you.

A truly humbling experience. When you view the surrounding area, you cannot begin to imagine the full scale of the place
Great Views of all if NYC, NJ, surrounding areas. Quite surreal being in that location with aircraft flying below your feet. A truly humbling place. A must do if your down town.

Perfect NYC Overview – Informative, Easy, and Highly Enjoyable
John Bow was an excellent tour guide—informative, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The tour was very well structured, covering all the major NYC sights while still being easy and comfortable to walk. A real highlight was the Staten Island ferry cruise, which offered amazing views and was a great addition to the experience. Overall, a fantastic way to see the city in a day. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Was scared I couldn’t handle this tour, but SO glad I went
I didn’t want to attend and am so glad I did. I didn’t want to feel all those emotions again, but it was so beautifully designed and touching, and heartfelt that I’m glad my friend made me go. It made me feel more American and patriotic in a time when I’m not feeling too proud of our country.

Must do tour of NYC
Best tour i have done. Had a very limited knowledge of NYC. Jim our tour guide was so passionate about NYC. He showed us so much of NYC we would had never seen or known. We discovered so may hidden gems that we would not had seen on a bus tour. If in NYC for the 1st time, do this tour, you won't be disappointed. A++

Must See 9/11 Memorial Tour
We had a powerful experience with Sean narrating the actual biographies of people who lost their lives on 911. He made the day come alive again: with the people in the tower, the rescue workers, regular citizens, etc. I couldn't help but but cry as he told of these stories, as Sean is a brilliant storyteller. Thank you, Sean!
