Fantastic Private tour. Soufian was our driver and Abde.,,,was our guide. Soufian arrived at the hotel on time. He was an outstanding driver getting us to each stop along the tour safely. He was cordial and allowed us time to take pictures and took some for us with our cameras as well. Abde…. Was an outstanding guide. He was very energetic and helped us along the route. We are not hikers and seniors. He was very patient and allowed us to stop to rest whenever we needed. I highly recommend taking the private tour if you are not a hiker because they will easily accommodate you. I noticed several groups with many people and they moved at a pretty brisk pace. If you want individual excellent attention our driver and guide are it for a Private tour.

Hot Air Balloon - amazing experience

We had a great experience. Our driver picked us up and we had tea or coffee on arrival at the site. The balloons look so beautiful floating around. Our pilot made us feel very safe. He was informative and funny too. The flight was so serene, a really magical experience. The Berber breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of food. After breakfast our driver dropped us back to our Riad. I would highly recommend this experience with Palms Ballooning.

The van modern, clean with air conditioning , the camel ride is just as much as it should (longer rides wouldn’t be comfortable but long enough for a quick video and a few pictures. The quad bike tour was better than expected, the scenery also beautiful, though I wouldn’t say it was a proper desert 🏜️. Above all I would like to thank our tour guide Abde who made sure the whole experience was frictionless 👌🏼 a true professional!

Exceeded expectations and very attentive!

Just do this!! We had an amazing trip with Wallid and his driver Hassan. They were the best guides who gave us special attention. I was traveling with my somewhat elderly mother and they were very attentive. Very professional and great planners. The tour has a LOT of driving so be prepared for that. But they do stop around every 2 hours for an attraction, meal or bathroom break. The bus only holds 16 so the groups are small and we quickly became friends. The camel ride was something we’ll never forget. 1 hr sunset ride across a corner of the desert to camp where we got dinner and music. The next day starts at 5 am with breakfast and then we set out on the camel ride again to get back to the bus. Then up to Fes, but stopped to visit monkeys and “Switzerland”. Defining a highlight of our Moroccan adventure!!

We were lucky to have gotten Abdul for a tour guide. This joyful man was full of knowledge and enthusiasm for the sights we visited. I appreciated the insights into Islamic religious practices. Standing in front of the mosque, he was trying to talk to us, and these women behind us in the park were playing instruments and singing really loudly. It was funny and frustrating. but he handled it all with a joyful spirit and great sense of humor.

Worth Every 4AM Wake-Up, A Magical and Unforgettable Experience

An absolutely unbelievable experience. It was everything I imagined, and honestly even better. Completely worth the 4:00 a.m. wake-up call. The hot air balloon ride over the Atlas Mountains at sunrise was pure magic. Watching the sun come up from the balloon was one of those moments you don’t forget. The entire experience felt well organized, special, and worth every minute. The fire pits in the early morning waiting area were a great touch and definitely appreciated with the chilly start. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting near the coffee and breakfast area, since it was still dark and a little hard to see what I was eating or pouring. The camel ride afterward was so much fun, and the guides were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and took some amazing photos and videos for our group, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious as well. My only small note would be that I would have loved a few more protein options. Overall, an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend.

It was awesome. I am very afraid of heights but you don’t feel you are even high up. This group did an outstanding job, they picked us up on time, provided some simple snacks before the balloon ride. The ride lasted about 40 minutes and then we returned to a wonderful breakfast. They offer an additional video which is reasonable and was fun to watch. It really is an amazing experience.. worth the money.

First class from start to finish. Great communication. Received WhatsApp message day before flight telling where to get pickup and time Driver on morning sent message to confirm pickup and picture of van and reg of vehicle. Fantastic!! Went on the sunrise trip. Welcomed with hot drink and croissant. Taken to balloons and watched them inflate. Helped into basket and in the air for 40/45mins. Best time above the clouds - with the sun!! Back to a traditional breakfast (shoes must be removed) and a great trip!!
