What are people saying about Casablanca

Full day highlights of Casablanca and Rabat with Nabeel aka Billy
Nabeel (aka Billy) was professional and informative. His passion, knowledge, and warmth brought the city to life in a way we’ll never forget. From its modern history, culture, rich traditions and dark history to the stories that shaped Morocco's history. He didn’t just show us the sights. He helped us truly understand the complex history of Morocco. Every explanation, story, and recommendation added depth to our experience and made each day meaningful and memorable. We always felt so well looked after.
We leave Morocco with a much deeper appreciation for its history, culture, and people, particularly Casablanca and Rabat. He was also able to change the order of the places of visit based on our cruise departure time. We definitely needed more time. We highly recommend the experience.

A beautiful city - very clean and cultural - great guide
A beautiful city as advised - very clean and cultural
We were requested at 9pm the night before to change to the afternoon was I thought was a bit late notice, communication wasn't great - the driver was 20 minutes late which was frustrating - especially when he arrived there wasn't any explanation - he also never spoke throughout the whole drive there to explain what would happen. He was a very good driver and we never felt in danger especially with the Moroccan drivers the way they are.
Rabat is certainly well worth a visit - it has enough culture and sites to be seen in the time - it was very well constructed and we never felt rushed. The guide was very good, very passionate about the city and knowledgeable - he made the trip.

A beautiful experience with a knowledgeable guide
A beautiful experience - it only lasted approx 45 minutes and in that we were given 5 minutes at each point to take photo's so if you didn't want to take photo's this tour could've been over in 1/2 an hour - guide was very passionate and knowledgeable.
Well worth it for the architecture

Brilliant tour - a must-do in Casa!
What a superb tour. Drivers arrive arrived on time in nice clean vehicle. Tour guide (sorry I didn’t get his name - he was blind) who took us around was incredible - perfect English, very informative and amusing. The mosque is magnificent. Really good tour - decided to use the same firm today for my airport transfer as they were so good!

Wonderful Tour of Casablanca
This tour was our introduction to Morocco and it didn’t disappoint. The guide was great, answered all our questions, and allowed us to explore the tour sites at our own pace when able. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Casablanca with someone who knows the city.

Good
This tour was an excellent one. All the staff of Premium Transfer were courteous and professional. Our tour guide/driver was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and respectful. He has an excellent command of the English language which is helpful for international visitors to Morocco.

Great Experience in Casablanca
My wife and I took this tour on May 14, 2026. We had absolutely a great experience. Our tour person Hamid knows a lot about Casablanca and all of the places. He was extremely helpful with all our needs and answered all the questions, and told a lot of interesting stories about the city, it's renovation projects and many other.
Also, we were very lucky during our visit of Hassan II mosque. This is certainly a contemporary one of the wonders of the World. Visiting this place alone makes it worth coming to Casablanca. We were also very lucky to have Abdul there as our tour person. Abdul is really well educated, his presentation of the place was amazing, his presentation was coming not only from his brain/knowledge - it was coming from his heart. Thanks to this two people we really enjoyed our trip to Casablanca, we will recommend it to our friends, family, and hope to visit again.

Casablanca Perfect Experience
Our guide, (Yousef) was very friendly, spoke English well and explained all sites we visited with perfect details. He was very patient and considerate. I will definitely recommend Viator to all my friends and the general public wanting to visit Morocco.

We had an excellent time...
We had an excellent time with Nabil (AKA Billy) who gave us a very personal tour of the main areas of interest, as well as the more local highlights which we could never have found on our own. He took great care in making sure we experienced the local culture and food. Greatly recommended.

Great tour but incorrect meeting place
The tour guide Mohammed was great - so knowledgeable - knows everyone and that helps to get into places and get around.
The only negative and to me it’s a big one is that the stated
Place To meet is the cruise port - however that is not the case- rather, you have to take the shuttle from the cruise port to the United Nations Square to meet your guide. While only 10 minutes, the shuttle only runs one every half hour - I didn’t know this until I asked the question the night before and then they told me - so I just had to revise my travel timing to make the appointment / I view this as false as advertising since they do not meet you at the cruise port as stated - and they never told me otherwise - until I asked them specifically.

Marrakech trip
It's a 2.5 hour drive from casablanca. .Marrakech is a trading post with a lot of tourists. So expect some shopping and bargaining. The Yves saint Laurent museum and Jardin majorelle are must see. You need tickets andcreservations must be made in advance.

Excellent Service = excellent review
Our tour started when Oussama was holding a sign with our name on it. It was pretty chaotic but Oussama was actively searching for his group and helping others find theirs.
We have a scooter in our group, which makes things a little difficult at times. Oussama made sure we did not feel like an inconvenience which was a great change of pace.
I am a travel advisor, so this is what I do for a living. I go on tours and rate the experience my clients will receive and this started off great!
The first thing Oussama did was introduce everyone (there were 7 of us) and ask if there was anything specific anyone wanted. Of course we spoke up. My father only wanted to see Rick’s Cafe. I wanted to go to a McDonald’s. No one else mentioned anything and we were off.
Rick’s Cafe was the first stop. Five of us got out and Oussama took amazing pictures. It took about 7 minutes, but worth every second. He then bounced back and forth deciding if we would ride camels or go to the market first. He was very cognizant about time, I think because he could tell how paranoid I was.
About 45 min in he asked if anyone needed to use the restroom, one person did, so he took opportunity to stop at McDonald’s, killing two birds with one stone.
Next stop, Camels! The guides were so accommodating. They offered us traditional djellaba, 2 of us participated and 1 person took the robe but refused the head covering. The guides even lifted my father on to the camel. Oussama was right there helping everyone get on their camels and then off as well. He wanted to be sure we had time for everything.
When we left there some of our group needed a restroom break so Oussama stopped at another McDonald’s. It was so thoughtful!
We got to Marrakesh and met up with our guide Idir. The first thing Idir did was explain the program of the day and ask if anyone wanted anything specific. He explained that we were short on time and washed to ensure everyone had their needs met. One guest spoke up and commented that she wanted a traditional Moroccan meal (and that others weren’t hungry because they ate McDonald’s. I was the other and I was down to more). One person wanted to buy a rug. Idir said okay, did first. We went to this amazing restaurant Café Dar Touareg. They were extremely accommodating and the food was amazing and authentic! Fun there we went to the market, ask the whole stopping every 150km or so for Idir to tell us more information and/or history. When we reached the market he gave directions to everyone so they could do their own thing and took the my parents to the rug shop.
After we shopped we all met up and Idir walked us back to the Oussama, giving us more history lessons on the way.
Oussama stopped at a gas station on the way back, anticipating the need for a restroom, he was right! When we returned he assisted with my dad’s scooter and ensured everyone had all of their belongings. He walked us all to the shuttle bus to answer any other questions we may have had.
As I have already mentioned, I do this for a living, I will absolutely amen recommending this experience to my clients and requesting Oussama and Idir!!

As the largest city in Morocco, Casablanca offers plenty to see and do, from its historical landmarks to the modern architecture that defines its skyline. With a Casablanca tour, you might find yourself in the narrow alleyways and bustling markets of the city’s traditional neighborhoods, or exploring the art deco buildings in the city center. Seeing the intricate architecture of the Hassan II Mosque—one of the largest mosques in the world—is a must, as is venturing out to nearby imperial cities like Fez and Rabat.
