Dinner in Agafey Deserr with my two boys.
We booked a dinner in the Agafey Desert, we were picked up promptly. Ilias (your guide) was great. He changed the pickup location when told it was too far for me. He looked after us throughout the trip. Great time watching the sunset in the desert, the light was fantastic.

The perfect first-day...
The perfect first-day orientation to Marrakech. Abdel is an exceptional guide — deeply knowledgeable about the city’s history, the souks, and the architecture, and brilliant at giving you the context behind what you’re seeing. We left able to navigate the medina on our own and genuinely understanding it. We visited in late June and the pacing, shade, and cool stops kept it comfortable throughout. Can’t recommend him enough.

Friendly and Patient Guide
It was a good experience with Mohammed, as our very knowledgeable guide. He’s from the “neighborhood”, so knows the layout of things very well. He was friendly and respectful, thoroughly taking us through the various souks while patiently waiting as we shopped. Would recommend him and the tour again!

Best tour of our holiday
The private, 6 people trip across all 5 valleys was exceptional. People.just need to be aware of the 'in the .middle of the trip trek' obviously the mountains are less hot than the city and amazingly beautiful but be prepared for a hike. My wife stayed with vehicle that picked us up an hour later. I personally do not mind walking in the heat but others did and once you set off there's no turning back. However, if you wish to see how the Berber live then it's really worth it. Food was the best we'd had with the traditional tagine. Ismil was a very good guide (he likes to talk) but overly entertaining throughout the trip. If I ever went back this is the one trip I would rebook.

An easy way to immerse in cultural sites
Walking tours with visits to some touristic sites included makes it easier to immerse in the local culture. I chose private because I wanted to improve my french without bothering others, but the explanations were clear, the route is appropriate, we skipped the line to enter the sites, and going back through the mazes in the suks was just amazing.
I highly recommend guided walking tours.

What a fantastic experience ! Worth every penny
Great experience Laila and her Eseema were friendly, welcoming and funny. Loved the cooking and the eating. Highly recommended.
Only point I’d make is you DONT go shopping in the souk - all ingredients are supplied. Viator need to adjust their description. Was a little disappointed as was looking forward to ‘shopping like a local’
Also meeting place is right outside the Hamman (by the square with all the taxis) Viator pin is slightly out putting you outside a jewellery shop!
Other than that it’s great. We even got recipes sent to us afterwards!
Book it!

I have traveled around...
I have traveled around the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the best tours I have taken. From the moment we met, our guide was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making the experience special for our family.
What stood out most was how personalized everything felt. Rather than a generic tour, it was tailored to our interests, pace, and needs. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but our guide was fantastic with our daughter.
The local knowledge was exceptional. We learned so much about Marrakech, its history, culture, and traditions. We were also given outstanding recommendations on where to shop for authentic, high-quality Moroccan goods, which helped us avoid tourist traps and find truly special items.
The combination of professionalism, warmth, flexibility, and deep knowledge made this an unforgettable experience. I genuinely could not have asked for anything more and would recommend this tour without hesitation to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Incredible authentic Moroccan food experience in Marrakech
Amazing tour!! We went to a ton of places we'd never have found on our own, tried a bunch of authentic food, our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made us feel like locals! Highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic Moroccan food experience in Marrakech.

Highly recommend!!!!!!
Literally the best and most worth it experience you can do. Omar is the sweetest and it’s so cute that we get to visit his family house. The food that was prepared for us at the end was the best and most flavorful food I’ve had in Morocco so far- literally made from the heart. It was also such a nice escape from the Marrakech heat. He also made sure we all had many pictures and literally ran with all our phones at one point to get a video for each one of us riding the camel. I can’t recommend this enough!!!

Great tour of the city
We had a great experience seeing the unique streets of the Medina and learning about the amazing palace and school we visited along the way. We also got some tea and heard about some spices at a spice shop, and had a minute to buy wonderful pastries from one of the shops. The guide was friendly and very informative about all the cool history and architecture we saw. They also let us know in advance that we needed cash to enter two of the stops (the palace and the school) which was helpful. The guide also did a great job finding and keeping track of us all so no one got lost. (I went with my wife and baby, and there were three other tourists in a nice small group). Would highly recommend this tour.

Great activity
We met fellow tourists from other countries and we all marched off to the market and were each given vegetables to select for our taglines. We were given a welcome mint tea before food prep then we all chopped veg and added the spices. There was fun and laughter as we joined in and our head chef was light heartedly bossy! We then got to eat the food we made and it was the tastiest tagline we had during our 4 day trip!

I excellent driving trip
Omar was excellent driver in so busy city. It was more like very safe driving trip …but why not🙂 actually the YSL museum and garden needs at least 1+1hour minimum. We had bought tickets for both but arrived 5.15PM and 6PM was already closing time and it was definately too short time for these fantastic places.
