Amazing Tour Guide! Amazing trip!

The pickup communication was slightly confusing. I scheduled to be picked up one place and was given a notification about another location. Then when I get to that location they said my name was not on the list and asked to see my reciept to make sure right company. They allowed me on the transfer bus, and once that ordeal was over it was smooth sailing. I would suggest confirming the pick up location more than once to make sure the location they give you is correct. THIS TRIP WAS AMAZING AND WELL TIMED. OUR tour guide was fantastic and we got great pictures and got to spend enough time at the grand canyon. I would have liked a little more time to eat lunch. If you want the walking tour edition once you get to the grand canyon there is an extra fee per person for that, I was suprised by that because it didnt say on the reservations that once you get to the grand canyon what the tour/type of exploration options are. BUT AGAIN, despite SOME small confusion with the pickup location and the extra fee once got to grand canyon THIS TRIP WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND.

When I saw the bus in the pictures, I was very nervous. I feel like you lose the local charm at large tours. Well that didn’t happen here at all because Scarlett brought it all. I LEARNED SO MUCH. I was originally only going to tip $10 total, but her personality and great voiceovers got me to $20. Wow, first of all she’s just so cool. Second of all, bring a sweater because I was freezing the whole time. I am so surprised how much I loved this tour. One recommendation at Bryce, the sunset walk looked easier than the sunrise walk. I would have rather spend my time there, over the recommended sunset. No offense but I actually dislike Viator, but this tour made me rethink my stance. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, but windier than I thought, so be aware if you have a hat on! Also, each passenger gets asked for a choice of two songs to play, so better to think about this in advance, otherwise you end up with the pressure on in a silent cart! We had an amazing Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend tour c/o Mama the most awesome tour guide and chauffeured by Carlos always on time and ready with cold water for us! Mama had all the information. And I mean ALL. She's got instructions, timelines, pro-tips, history, and trivia. She's super attentive, organized (like extremely), and prepared for anything and everything. She took amazing photos for everyone too! Definitely recommend! We had a seamless, zero-stress, we also were never hungry 😂

Day trip to Los Angeles was long but worth it. Steve was awesome! Very welcoming and personable from the second he picked us up from the hotel. Steve kept us informed about every stop we were going to make, times and what there was to do. Even a little history during the tour. Not to mention his great taste in music. Lunch at Deans by the pier was our favorite stop. The food was delicious (you can’t walk around with an alcoholic drink), live music by the beach. Hollywood was our second, there’s a lot of character on this street that reminds us of home in Nola. If you’re looking for a day trip to Los Angeles, I’d definitely recommend this tour!

Worthwhile day tour!

Our guide Russ is knowledgeable and humorous, keeping us entertained and informed all the time. I wish there was more time for the walk trail. I also wish the extra 25 charge for the walk tour should be upfront in the post rather than mentioned during the tour. I wish there were more quiet time on the bus for tourists to sleep and rest given this is a super intensive day trip.
